Arrived broken

I ordered a new crock for my slow cooker. It arrived broken, not just cracked, broken into multiple pieces. There was no packing material in the box at all. The process to get refunded was terrible. It took weeks to get a response that my claim had been received. When I called, the customer service rep wasn't very helpful. I was asked to send very specific photos weeks after submitting my return request. Luckily, I had kept the item in the original packaging so was able to take additional photos. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ereplacmentparts.

They require information to fulfill and process the claim to issue a refund. That can take up to 7-10 business day to appear on your banking statement. Its like a black hole. You place an order, a day later says its processing, you call them two weeks later and they tell you to wait a week. Ask, is the part out of stock or backordered? No thats just normal. I guess its also normal they charge your credit card immediatly. Great way to avoid getting loans but use the customers money to float their business.

Missing parts

I ordered replacement heater elements. When they finally arrived 2 of the 4 connectors were missing so I couldn't use the elements without them. Returned elements and bought a new toaster couldn't wait any longer without a toaster oven

No complaints. Parts were a cinch to find, they were delivered very quickly without special shipping, and they were OEM so they fit perfectly. Worth the slight premium I paid for the convenience and perfect fit.

Fraud

Ordered one part for like $18, charged over $70 plus on debit card. No way of returning product and after many attempts to contact they will not respond. Never use this company.

I have an old (25+ years) Snapper lawnmower which i needed some replacement parts for and after trawling the internet I found ereplacementparts.com. The site usefully had a smart parts diagram so all I had to do was to put the model number in and click on the diagram to get the prices. The parts arrived by courier from the US to my home in the UK. The delivery time was several months which wasnt a problem as I ordered them in November before the onset of winter. The only issue was that apart form the initial email order confirmations I received no communication from ereplacementparts until the order was about to be shipped. This did make me wonder whether I was ever going to get the parts. However, the lawnmower is now working and I've saved myself the cost a of buying a new one. So overall very happy and would recommend others to use this supplier.

I was expecting the piece I order to come with a smaller piece that connects to the bottom and redirects the coffee into the pot, but this did not. It only came with the brew basket which is not the piece I need. So just beware! Especially frustrated after having to pay $11 for shipping and after the Mr. Coffee website people gave me the part number for this piece. Which again is not even the right piece.

Reliable

I have had a solid experience with this company. Whether it be for odd parts for machines by Dad has passed down to me or a simple blade for a late model lawnmower, I always get what I need. One example, I have a big 1983 Toro snowblower that my Dad bought new. I refurbished it with new belts, spark plug, gas line and carburetor. That saves a TON of money and is also satisfying in general. Brick and mortar stores just don't have the inventory given all the products on the market. Save yourself the hassle and shop with these folks.

The first representative spent close to an hour trying to figure out which parts I needed for a 20-year-old lawn mower motor. The schematics were not a lot of help.
Unfortunately, when the parts arrived, one was wrong. So I called and explained my problem. The agent said there was only one other part that could be it (an oil seal - about 1 1/4" in diameter). She then refunded the wrong one before charging me for the right one - and did not charge postage. This was a lot of effort and expense for a purchase that in total amounted to less than $40.
Yes, I would recommend this company!
