The world's largest provider of online escrow services. Removing the risk from online transactions with our government licensed service since 1999.
Escrow.com garners mixed feedback from customers, highlighting both commendable service and significant concerns. Positive experiences often emphasize the professionalism and helpfulness of customer support, particularly during complex transactions, which many users found reassuring. However, a recurring theme in negative reviews points to frustrating delays in fund transfers and a lack of transparency regarding fees and processes. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of refunds and the perceived incompetence in managing transactions. Overall, while some users appreciate the service for its protective measures, others warn of potential complications and inefficiencies.

Thank you for the assistance. I appreciate the information.
Horrible experience. A quick and simple domain transfer became a time consuming disaster. Poor communication, badly set up backend, which is asking for document types, that don't exist, which leads to rejections of the verification over and over again. Avoid this company if you can!
You're very straight forward, helpful and very knowledgeable compared to other support that I spoke with the other company.
Very good phone support service. I appreciate the assistance
Attentive with my needs and communicative with me regarding my concern.
Karl called to assist me with the action that was needed.
Escrow.com is the worst to use for a middle man payment. Escrow does not follow anything in their policies. Just be aware it is easy for any buyer to steal Your assets. Even if the buyer does not return anything back to you. Escrow will not do anything and their return period is false. The buyer can easily take your assets and escrow will not release the funds to you no matter what their policies say. They are liars and they do not do their job correctly. You're better off using PayPal or a different money transfer service. I sold a business and domain to a buyer and he disappeared. I no longer have the business and escrow never paid me. It has been over 4 months and still nothing and they just keep ignoring my emails. Escrow needs to be shut down at this point. They are a waste to use and they are no help if you have a problem. I will continue to pursue legal action against them.
Thank you for walking me though. You have been super helpful.

Answer: Hi David, we've processed just over $3 billion in transactions to date, with transactions from $100 all the way up to over $10,000,000. In addition to our regular licensing requirements, I hope you'll take a moment to look at the customer testimonials on www.escrow.com
Answer: Hi Janine! Thanks for reaching out! As the largest online licensed and audited escrow operator, Escrow.com is your best choice for domain transfer transactions. Escrow.com safely holds or secures the Buyer's payment in a trust account until the entire transaction is complete. That way, Buyers can be confident that the domain will be registered in their name and Sellers can be sure they'll be paid. We also have the concierge service for domain transfers without content where the Seller needs not to wait for the Buyer to confirm receipt and full control of the domain as Escrow.com will essentially take care of that inspection in your behalf. The Seller will only need to transfer the domain to one of our secured registrar accounts and we can release the funds to them. On the Buyer's side, they don't need the inspect period to verify the domain because we will do that for them. Our concierge team will work directly with the Seller to transfer the domain to us so there's no need for the Buyer to stress with follow-ups about the domain transfer. As soon as we secure the payment, the Buyer only needs to advise us where they want the domain to be transferred to and we will take care of the rest. Our dedicated concierge specialists will assist you every step of the way. Feel free to leave your contact details and best time to call as we are happy to discuss with you further should you have other questions. Thanks!
Answer: Hi Milly, I'm not sure I'm understanding your question exactly but Escrow.com only displays bank information on our site and never via email. Check to make sure any emails you are receiving came from@escrow.com.
Answer: Hi Doug, start by making an offer to the seller through the AutoTrader.ca's Secure Payment platform. Once the offer is accepted you can pay into the escrow account and then go to inspect the car. If everything is as expected you can release funds to the seller right there on the spot. Two quick tips: Always make sure emails about your transaction are coming from an@escrow.com email address, and make sure you log into Escrow.com to make sure you're sending funds to the correct account. Hope this helps!
