I received my payment through Payoneer for the 5th or so times but this time instead of releasing the funds they sent an email to say that my funds are withheld and that I needed to fill in a tax form. I called them and explained that I had filled in the form in July 2025. The first person told me that this particular company that paid me needed a tax form filled in (it's always the same company that pays me). I ended the call and phoned again. The second person said that I had filled in the form in 2023 and that I need to do it again. I ended the call and called again for the third time and luckily I found someone who was patient, looked into my case and understood that I had already completed the tax form and didn't need to do it again and so she immediately released the funds. Also the fees or the exchange rate used is so unfavorable.
I especially appreciate the quick customer support and the professional features that make it convenient to receive payments from global clients.

I am extremely disappointed with Payoneer's service. My payment has been on hold for 3 days, and every time I contact support, they simply say "you will be notified in 24 hours or less," but nothing ever happens. There is no real update, no resolution, and no responsibility taken by the support team. This delay has caused serious inconvenience and frustration. Very poor service — I expected much better from Payoneer.
My money has been withheld because of an internal problem you all had. I've had several instances were I cannot withdraw my funds because the code to do so is not populating, and I've had to call to have that code sent to my email. This is what we make a living off of, so I'm not sure what the upside to using this instead of PayPal is.

I recently had an issue where the funds were reflected in my app but I couldn't access it. The rep was able to quickly identify why and resolve it.
I've been with Payoneer for close to 10 years and as a Jamaican it has always been the most convenient way for me to get paid by international clients.

Now we will take 2 weeks, and still nothing... 2 to 3 days is acceptable... Not fair at all. It looks like I am punished for things I didn't do. Really furstrating situation. People need to be prepared, if this process was detailed before using this service, sure many won't use it... How long it will last from now?
