The process was mew to me, so getting comfortable with was challenging at first. But that passed quickly enough. However, until I actually received the registration in the mail, I was uncertain as to whether I had done everything correctly. Last note give was "processing".
I had a great experience with eTags. It was quick and efficient and can be done from the comfort of home…. No more waiting in lines for hours. Even though added fees are tacked on, it's well worth it!
Horrible experience, first i was quoted $140.00 which i agreed, gave E-tag my CC # 3am i get a email from my bank i have an over draft. Turns out E-tag charged me $847.14 cents without my authorization. Morgage, insurance, a/c all overdrafts fees because i never gave my consent to withdraw that amount.
Was an easy process and tags came in a timely manner.
