I went on line to renew my tags because there is always a long wait at the DMV on 200, local for me. I was very surprised at the total cost and will not do it again if I am able to visit the office.

I received my renewal notice, went to the indicated website and renewed my registration. I received my tag and card quickly. All in all, the experience was efficient and stress free.

The company, eTags, dragged out my request for a title and plate on my new used vehicle. The emails they sent each said to "update" and I kept resending them the original title with all requested areas filled it. At one point, days later, another email saying all was correct and done and to hit the "done" button... the done button was NOT active. I made three calls to customer service and none were the least bit helpful. Each of their responses the same, "the order is in processing"! No representative bother to get back to me. After a full 4 days of this nonsense, I went to my DMV office directly. Granted the wait was near to an hour, however within 15 minutes I had my new tag and title! AND it was $95.94 less than eTags wanted! I so suggest people go directly to their DMV. I'm so disappointed.
