I had some dealing with this broker a while back, on looking on here, I am very surprised that I still see reviews for this year, this broker supposedly went into liquidation about a year ago years ago. This foreign broker scammed a lot of people and also used other subsidiaries under their name to con people. Hello i have started to investing etoro in December 2017 than i noticed that they are scammers they manipulate the trades and they take money from my debit card without my authorization since they have all my information and my debit card information when i start a trade they used to changed their prices 100 pips higher than the real price live market or sometime 100 pips lower i have recorded a video here is the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxyIIgh6cx0&t=6s and i have contacted them they refused to refund i had two accounts they close one with more than 4 thousand us dollar in it when i contact their regulator CySEC it getting more difficult because when you click on submit complain it shows a strange language that i can't understand to submit the claim so i contact them trough email they said they do not investigate individual complain here is the message:

Even after that etoro continue to steal money from my debit card without my authorization and they are creating fake trading history even after i have reported them since July i need a full refund and please take down this criminal organization. They stole more than 28 thousand Us dollar from me i am a medical student this money is for starting a medical specialization. Etoro, an online trading platform that allows you with a few money to start trading online expecially on Forex, copying professional traders, with a platform called Webtrader that offers also a demo version. My experience has been pretty good for the first period, 2 -3 months, but then they committed huge losses caused by the inefficiency of the platform, Webtrader has gone offline often and without warning, not allowing traders to open and close the positions efficently. The awfull result for more than 2,500 traders, occoured to Webtrader platform in the session on 23rd and 24th January 2014 and following days. The response from the customer care has been slow and they only partially recognized the inefficiency of the system, without refund users. There are people who lost 30K in a few hours and they just ignored it. I would not recommend Etoro, unless they really improve the platform, because now it's not possible to trade with confindence since you can be disconnected all the time and it's not due to line problems, but to the inadequacy of the system that probably does not hold plus the amount of trade launched
