I had a position on natural gas with a total balance of aprox 5k.On Friday I had a a total commision/swaps of aprox $500(added in about 1-2 weeks),ON MONDAY MORNING I HAD A COMMISSION/SWAP OF $1000.How is this possible?
I asked their live chat agent how is posssible to charge that much over the weekend and he could not give me an answer.
So I am asking,if their own agent can not give me an explanation over their charges HOW I SHOUD KNOW AS AN UNEXPERIENCED TRADER.
And the worst part is that they believe that all this is okay and they think that with one email the situation is solved.
Not from my side,my opinion is STAY AWAY from this thiefs.

Right after putting in my money from a promo by them of roughly about 30k$ I found out I couldn't take out my money, which was absurd because why can I put it in and never be able to take it out, so my cousin recommended I met with a company JURIS RESOLVE.com who I met to help, in just a week or less I got back my money and all I had invested her plus the promised profits, I'm glad JURIS RESOLVE.com helped.

This company make it quick and easy to deposit your money with them, but the agony starts when you try to withdraw it... then they refuse and ignore months of emails. This seems to be common practice as I have seen this same complaint across the internet now. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

The process of recovering 779.38$ has become a deep hole with no solution: It started with the following email and then a phone call.

Stay away from communication with Steven Ruby, Daniel Miller or Gabriel Fridman. These people are professional scammers. They make everything sound so easy. They will make promises that everything will be fine tomorrow but tomorrow will bring requests for more money in order to have your money released from the blockchain.

Etoro can login and watch your account be careful. I'll trust them. They are genuine - they are very good to liquid your assets. Something happens more the 100 time, when I sell my assist the price goes high and when I buy the price goes down. Am talking about the futures. Last week I fount 250$ of my assist has lended to some one. I would like to close my account and get my money back.

These are crooks, using the old tactic we all of the sudden do not know who you are so we are stealing your money.

Firstly Etoro is excellent with very good asset options available but where i have a problem is in their fees and charges on almost anything. Deposits, withdrawal literally everything plus the long days it takes to complete an abroad transactions. Five working days is hella too much. We are business owners here and that timing is terrible if you have to deliver your ends on an emergency basis. Maybe if i knew this earlier i would have moved my assets to a different wallet but honestly this needs to be worked on

Etoro took a 20-point spread on an NVDA trade and then blamed a delay in booking the trade as the reason for it - disgrace!

Cannot say a lot, dont really understand how I follow so many people, will try to adjust, the only problem is poor support

I been traveling in Costa Rica on and off a rep called me up to invite me to a conference as I told him im in Costa Rica traveling so he told me to notify them so I can trade from there as I told him I have been back and forth to Costa Rica for 3.5 years and even opened my account from there.the next day I get a email telling me to pull my money out of the account because in 10 days the account will be closed cause I'm not living in the u.s?,I live in the u.s and I'm a citizen and was happy to leave this really bad platform.they also claim no fees lol they charge you a lot more then that as they charge you the spread on this trades they came up to $100+- fee for me on every trade almost.

A Boiler room, that need to be audited, BOLO! After many successful attempts to verify who I am... Via I.D, bank account, phone#, location etc. In efforts to withdraw my coins, ETORO, including the supervisory Staff (Cesar, Val, Roxanne, Sarah, Zayne, and others unidentified) refuses to release my coins. This has been going on for over 2 months. It is now Feb. 13,2023 My wallet shows no coins in my account. Therefore I cannot, would not recommend this exchange due to proof it is built on criminality. Very frustrating knowing that these people are legalized globally as a legit. Place to do business...SMH, UNBELIEVABLE!

Honestly Stay away this company is ruthless and bullying. I opened an account with etoro 5 years ago and had some crypto currencies around 9k dollars. The price dropped significantly turning more than half in losses. I kept it open with a hope that the price may increase and I can get my money back. Early this year around May I had few messages from etoro to verify my account by uploading photo Ids and all this messages went to my junk mail which I never checked. Had a single missed call and I tried to call back and realised can't do return call to etoro.
One morning I opened my account and got shocked, nothing was there and all my position been removed. And the paper losses have been turned into real loss. I tried to contact them but a complete waste of time and they dont listen. They have the option and control to freeze, block or close the account. They could have block me or frozen the account But no, they have the upper hand and use the aggressive option to close my positions and my hope of the future recovery has completely diminished. I lost my very hard earned money. You cant make a return call and if you do not check your emails whatever reasons, you get a shot in your eyes and never see you money again. Please Stay away!

Etoro is becoming a scammer platform, do stay clear. They could have ruin me off if not for the intervention of aptrecoup.org which came to my rescue when I visited their website

I have make several wires all time they request the same bank details despite the fact that every time they receive a wire they know for sure which users made the transaction, it seems like a comercial practice to delay the funds.
