Buying tickets was easy. But the concert has been postponed with a TBD date. Hopefully my tickets are still honored when it is rescheduled.
I did a google search for these tickets. I paid $80+ per ticket. I bought 3. My husband goes on the Badlands website a week later and finds the tickets for 1/4 of the price. Like $90 for 3 all together! It's my own fault for not searching further, but I'm still not happy they could verify that much going through 2 different sites BUT the same vendor. Bogus in my eyes.

I saw that Charlie Berens was on tour near me, so I started clicking around and landed on Event Tickets Center. I don't have much money so when I saw that I could pay using Affirm, I decided to do it and go ahead and get the tickets to have a nice surprise for my husband. I received the tickets in my email right away. And that's when I saw that they were supposed to be $45. I bought two $45 tickets for $300 on this website. And I only noticed because they said $45 on the ticket and had someone else's name on them. Lame. I feel extra stupid for not just going to the venues website first. I don't buy tickets to things very often because I don't have very much money. And I have very much learned my lesson. When I emailed them about the scam and begged that maybe they could give me my money back, they just told me that it says all over the place on their website that the ticket prices might be "more or less" than the actual ticket price or whatever. And that they only use qualified sellers for the tickets. So they are totally okay with somebody named Stella buying eight seats in a row at my venue for $45 a piece and then reselling them on their website for three times the price. Or whatever okay. I guess I'm in the wrong business.
I thought I was buying from the venue but landed on your site. It wasn't clear I was buying resale tickets and in US dollars for a Canadian Event. Paid more than double the price. Shame on whoever owns this site. Your Google Ads are set up to dupe fans who are rushing to get tickets to their favourite bands.

You rat $#*!s made it damn near impossible to get the tickets I dropped over 100 bucks on. I'm tempted to issue a chargeback on my card because I almost missed it because once again you $#*!ers made it damn near impossible to actually use the tickets I PAID FOR! I will absolutely never use your service again and will tell literally every person I know not to use your services. In short go $#*! yourself.
I purchased a ticket to the event and initially paid over 3x what the face value of the ticket was. I did not know the face value of the ticket until shortly before the event when it was emailed to me. ETC did refund $47 in fees for the ticket but will not refund additional monies. I think it is OUTRAGEOUS that they charge so much. I have initiated a dispute with the credit card company and will never use this website again.
We ordered tickets to go see the rodeo bought 3 total. Ordered concert tickets to go right after imagine our surprise to find out they gave us matinee rodeo tickets and no concert tickets and had traveled abit over an hr to get there had company and ended up walking around for 3 hrs til the concert which we bought general admission tickets just lots of wasted money we didn't have

Acts were great!... would like to see a few more KY based artist. Ticket pricing was not good for early purchases as I was... heavily discounted just b4 concert. Because VIP was over priced... that seating was not sold out and GA+ received same stage access to create proper camera views and artist feedback. Also VIP parking was a joke... landowner over protected their grass areas which reduced the benefit of that advertised VIP perk.
I attempted purchasing tickets on line. I have ordered tickets to other events at other venue's that went smoothly -you could print or download the QR code. QR codes and downloading tickets were not given as options. What made it worse that we paid $144/ticket and later learned the tickets were being sold at $20. On Monday night. Our son was playing in the band that night and felt we had no choice but to pay BIG BUCKS. It was a rip off. We are almost 80 and do find computers manageable, but this👎👎👎
Horrible experience. I was scammed and my tickets were cancelled two days before the event. I found out when my tickets were scanned and were invalid. Event Tickets stole my money.
It was a great experience. Very easy to get tickets and have them on my phone for entry into the park. Great seats!
