I'm not sure of the quality of the coat I bought since it no longer will arrive before I leave on my skiing trip.

I would have just left this issue unreviewed if not for the stream of emails asking me to review my purchase. Which again has still not arrived.

I worked with Dom for multiple visits, looking at and comparing skis, he helped so much with choosing which skis would be best and how to make it the most affordable as well!

I ordered snowboard bindings in the morning and then received a 20% discount notification email several hours later. I called customer service and they were unable to apply the 20% discount to my order because it was already processed. I received the snowboard binding and they are defective. Instead of being able to easily exchange the item I have to go through a warranty process now after one day of use.

The team was awesome all the way through delivery. Ill be using evo again in the future!

Easy process to buy boots bought online for my son. Ordered and arrived on time. Like the return option in store if needed; fortunately they fit well so no need for in-store return or $15 fee to post back boots; I think $15 very reasonable.

Called Costumer Service and was told there was a computer issue that was fixed. My package went out a few days ago.
