I have been ordering my glasses from eyebuydirect for years now. They are always on time or early, never have any problems. Good choices, and lots of choices!

I ordered my glasses and updated my address etc. Somehow the system defaulted to an address that I lived at TEN YEARS AGO. I live two and a half hours away. My only option was to have that post office hold them for me. I was not offered a replacement pair to be mailed to my correct address.

Needed help, made one call and was helped by a representative that understood me and resolved all issues. I was very pleased.

The glasses are great - just an issue (2nd time)with the USPS with delivery. BUT - nothing but good things to say about EyeBuyDirect! My glasses are perfect 👍🏻

No issues, glasses arrived in great shape and some of the best fitting glasses I have ever had especially due to the digital try on feature

After spending hundreds of dollars on glasses from the eye doctor, within 2 weeks they broke. I was charged by the eye doctor to put the lenses in a new frame. The same frame as I had. In the meantime, I ordered a "back-up" from eye buy direct. These were 1/2 the price and are now becoming my regular glasses since I have to take the original pair back to the eye doctor because they are flimsy and bent again. The next time, I'm buying all of my glasses with eye buy direct.

It was a customer -focused experience, from ease of online selection and ordering, to regular status updates, timely delivery, packaging and a quality product.

I ordered 2 sets of the wrong glasses. Your people after an hour came through. Not only the correct prescription but also a refund. This was not easy but very satisfied once all the BS was vented. I will use Eyebuydirect again.

Overall happy with EBD, ordering is quick and easy and I typically get the free shipping pretty quickly. In the end though, you get what you pay for and in my experience, they break easily.

Not great because I added my payment information during check out, thinking the glasses were ordered. I did find it odd that we didn't receive a confirmation email immediately after. However, I've come to find out 5 days later, that I did receive an email a few hours later that went unnoticed because it was sent to me a few hours after placing the order causing the glasses to not be processed.

This will be my fourth pair of glasses from Eyebuydirect. The quality has been great and keeps me coming back.

The key, I believe is having a good measurement of your pupil distance. That will help ensure a good fit. Go for fit first over style if you want to be happy with your glasses in the long run.

There is a tool on the website where you can 'see' the glasses on your face via your computer's camera. So you do get to try on the look - virtually - but not the fit. That's why I emphasize narrowing your search to glasses that fit your face size first.

Of course, there is a return policy if you don't like anything about your glasses.

"trying on online" works well. Glasses arrived on time and are of good quality.

From the date of purchase to the date of delivery, I was kept abreast with the progress of my order.

I've been purchasing from this website for several years now, and most recently the website is nonstop crashing. It does not matter if I browse the website on my phone, my computer, my tablet - it all ends in the same result where the page freezes while loading the thumbnail photographs of each model, before then crashing and forcing me to have to refresh the page. It took probably 20-30 extra minutes just to be able to actually browse through the website and make my selections

Went on line called 800 number and was walked through the process seamlessly. Was contacted a couple days later that frames would not work with prescription and had to choose different frames. Called support and they suggested a similar frame and it was even cheaper than first. For the price I ordered two and the representative gave me a further discount.
