Used same numbers from getting my work safety glasses but got 2 sets of compleatly useless glasses as make things work putting them on.
When it came to returning my glasses, they were too big for my face and PD measurement, my contact person was a little reluctant to only take my reasons and let it go at that. I had to reject his plea to " try this, try that", many times before he got the idea that I wanted to move on. Had he been a little more understanding, I know he wanted to sell different glasses, things may have turned out better. As it is, my experience is not rating FIVE stars.

I ordered my glasses and updated my address etc. Somehow the system defaulted to an address that I lived at TEN YEARS AGO. I live two and a half hours away. My only option was to have that post office hold them for me. I was not offered a replacement pair to be mailed to my correct address.
If I have an allowance for glasses why will it only purchase one pair?

After spending hundreds of dollars on glasses from the eye doctor, within 2 weeks they broke. I was charged by the eye doctor to put the lenses in a new frame. The same frame as I had. In the meantime, I ordered a "back-up" from eye buy direct. These were 1/2 the price and are now becoming my regular glasses since I have to take the original pair back to the eye doctor because they are flimsy and bent again. The next time, I'm buying all of my glasses with eye buy direct.
They wanted the Rx and still charged my credit card despite not starting anything. If I hadn't noticed, they'd still have the money and I would have no glasses. Had to spend time on chat to cancel order.

Overall happy with EBD, ordering is quick and easy and I typically get the free shipping pretty quickly. In the end though, you get what you pay for and in my experience, they break easily.
Not great because I added my payment information during check out, thinking the glasses were ordered. I did find it odd that we didn't receive a confirmation email immediately after. However, I've come to find out 5 days later, that I did receive an email a few hours later that went unnoticed because it was sent to me a few hours after placing the order causing the glasses to not be processed.

There is a tool on the website where you can 'see' the glasses on your face via your computer's camera. So you do get to try on the look - virtually - but not the fit. That's why I emphasize narrowing your search to glasses that fit your face size first.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
