Omg! I wished that I had came here before purchasing prescription glasses from this "so-called company ": I placed an order on March 21,2016 for a pair of BeBe glasses. And I am still waiting on them. I've received no confirmation email to let me know that my order was even processed. Nor, was I told how long it would take to ship. All I know is that... I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this out of the apartment selling family again.! After filing a dispute with PayPal Credit, I've finally received shipping confirmation. The glasses should be delivered tomorrow. But If their is so much as a scratch on this lenses, I will be sending it back. And to all who are reading this post. Don't be like me, do the research before you end up in this forum complaining about similar incidents. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
This my second time ordering contact lenses with ezcontacts. The first time they turned out to be okay but this time the lenses gave me severe redness and irritation in eyes. A visit to doctor told me the lenses are counterfeit and i have an eye infection. I am still to get my pre ezcontacts eyes back. Their support refuses to refund any money back.
A friend of mine also had a similar experience and she also received a pack of glasses that were unusable and they refused to refund or replace.
This is not about any electronic gadget going wrong. This is about our eyes. And i'd rather buy from a store rather than risking my eyes for a petty discount which comes back to you with a visit to doctor and a world of pain.
Very poor company all around. Their site claims fast everything and nothing is fast. I ordered sunglasses 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped. I tried calling them but their phone system always indicates they are closed but will be open the next day... but they never are. I emailed them and threatened to cancel my order unless they shipped soon. Their response was to create a shipping label but the item was still not shipped.
Pay a few dollars more and avoid this company.
Same issue as everyone else. Fell for a good deal and heard nothing after order confirmation. Typically business bill when they ship; not these guys. Took my money and ran. No response from customer service. Opening PayPal dispute.
EZContacts.com is run out of a house in Brooklyn, NY (1153 55th Street, Brooklyn, New York *******-4117) owned by Isaac Friedman. The principle of the so-called business is Joel Friedman and, as far as I can tell, the business is run by the Friedman family. Ive read a number of other reviews and complaints of customers of EZContacts.com who have paid for their prescription glasses or contact lenses and who have never received their order or a refund. Unfortunately, I made the same mistake and placed an order on 1/23/2016 for prescription glasses in the amount of $466.86. The purchase was made with a healthcare flexible spending account debit card. To date and after many inquiries, the Friedmans failed to deliver the glasses and have refused to provide me with a refund. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York, the New York Department of Consumer Affairs, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, my payment card service provider, and the IRS for possible tax fraud. Additionally, I filed a lawsuit in Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Kings (Brooklyn), Kings Small Claims Court. Think wisely before placing an order with EZContacts.comdont let slick websites, flashy coupon discounts, and fake positive reviews fool you.

What customer service. Ordered glasses almost a month ago, processing and shipping delayed almost 2 weeks, and it clearly states if there are any processing concerns, or if your lenses are on back order someone will contact you... That's a joke. I had to contact the company and express my frustration and need for the glasses, all I was offered was 3 day shipping... It's been 5 business days... Prices might be cheap but I don't want to ever give my hard earned money to this company again
I had an accident on my bike and my eyeglasses broke, ordered a new pair from ezcontacsusa because the price seemed like a good deal, it's been three weeks and it still says lab processing, customer service is awful i contacted them multiple times and each time they say they will be shipping tomorrow. College is gonna start and i still don't have glasses, and i can't even cancel my order. I also found the same glasses on amazon for the same price, and they would be shipped in 2 days with amazon prime.
Huge mistake.

Needed a pair of authentic Ray Ban Olympian I sunglasses in black. Found this outfit online and ordered a pair of RB's Olympian I's and the total price was less than $100.00! Sweet, hard to find "shades." Young love, but loving this place, for sure. The order was not sent super fast, but it wasn't a super long time either. Couple weeks maximum, if i recall correctly.
That was no problem for me, and the price was "killer." Brand spanking new, "squeaky new" in box with all the accoutrements RB provides. After my good fortune with this retailer, I was a bit flummoxed by the negative comments here. So sorry for those people who weren't happy with their purchases, truly. Oh well, for me, all worked great.
I ordered a pair of sun glasses with 3-day shipping for them to be there on time before a vacation... little did I know that 3 day shipping apparently also include processing time at their convenience... so 3-day shipping = 3 days + X days... so glad I paid extra for that!
When asked about whether they could speed up the process, the suggested that I myself contacted FedEx... well thanks for nothing then...
Just hoping the quality will be better than the process so far when I receive them... so far NOT impressed with these guys

My experience was so bad it became ridiculous. I decided to purchase from ezcontactsusa.com because it offered a great price on a discontinued set of frames. Ordering was easy and good. However when the frames arrived they were the *wrong* size. I emailed a picture and clear description of problem and it took *three* attempts to even get customer service to acknowledge the problem. I returned them as instructed and was told the correct size would be shipped immediately. A week passed and I emailed support asking what happened. They had no clue about my order but said they would handle it. Soon after my money was refunded. So this time I called to ask what happened and it was clear they had no idea the history of the order and I just wanted the frames. So I agreed to pay by credit card to expedite the situation. So the next order was shipped 2 day express and a discount applied for my trouble and they SENT THE WRONG SIZE AGAIN. I called again and was told that the fulfillment organization is separate from customer service and this time they would have the frames shipped to them directly to verify the right size before shipping them back to me. A return label was sent to me and I misunderstood that they wouldn't ship the new ones until I had shipped the old ones. Normally this would be fine but given the issues thus far I was reluctant to ship until I saw the correct size in my hands. So a week went by and was told that as soon as I got the return into the system then they would ship my correct frames. Another week goes by and nothing. I call and can't get through, so I email and was told they would ship the correct size so obviously they didn't send them as they said they would. But finally after nearly 2 MONTHS from original order (September 12 to November 5) and WAY too many MISTAKES and HASSLE I get the correct frames. This business offers good prices BUT has some serious holes in fulfillment and handling of customer service problems when they occur. Just ridiculous!
I ordered prescription sunglasses, they sent them to me with different colored lenses than what I had ordered. I had to argue with customer service to get a return label.
I finally got the glasses back almost two months later from the date of order, they put the correct colored lenses on BUT THE WRONG PERSCREPTION. I can't even focus out of them.
SO, again I have been arguing with customer service for a week -
They told me to go to my eye doctor and have them fixed - yeah so i can spend more money?
They told me they would send me $30 back if i sent them he lenses and keep the WIRED SUNGLASS FRAMES when i spent $116 on these.
How does that make ANY sense. This company LITERALLY steals from their customers!
I bought a Tory burch sunglasses that are not real, they broke the 2nd time I used them, I called them and they want me to pay to get them fix! Stay away from this people!
I purchased a Tory Burch sun glasses from EzContact. I used to have the same glasses that I bout at Neiman marcus on sale 8 months ago for $102.00. I lost them and found them on EZContacts. They came to me. They are junk. Not at all the same glasses that I had from the same designer, same style. THey look like those $5.00 glasses except I paid $110.00 for them. DO NOT BUY FROM THI9S WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM. Theyre selling you $5.00 glasses for $100.00. Take my word for it. I had the same glasses. It is not the same! Shame on you.
Paid for 3 day shipping on Tuesday so I'd have the frames (no lenses) for the weekend. Were "in stock" and 2PM EST on Thursday I still didn't have a tracking number. So I hopped on to customer service chat with "Rena" and asked for my tracking number.
"Your frames are in transit to our facility from the warehouse"
Um, I paid for 3 day shipping?
"We advertise a processing time on those frames before they ship."

Oh I see, I should have read the shipping page prior to ordering, because, yeah, everyone does that. Everyone who runs a webstore knows Google links to pages is where they get 90%+ of their "browse in" shopping, and they hook people by showing fast shipping. That's not shady at all... /sarcasm
But hey, she offered to upgrade my 3 day shipping to "priority shipping"... which is 3 days.

Fast shipping if you order contact lens but will rate very poor on eye frames and other stuffs. Beware, don't send an email for updates of order, I waited for a month, decided to call them after no reply. Ordered March 8th updated me that Gucci eyeglass prescription will be available on August... Then why make it available in their website and no follow up email. Ordered cleaning solution and eyeglass for laptop Gunnar optics, inquired for updates via email, as expected no reply. Decided to call them after a month and inform me where the hell I got those items and yet I got charge from my credit card.
They need to update their website and improve their customer service. But I don't have problem ordering contact lens...!
ezcontactsusa.com had the best price for what I needed and shipped promptly. I've ordered a couple of times and had no problems.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
