The sunglasses were damaged upon delivery. The lense for the right eye has a defect in the coating. It's on the inside of the lense in the top right corner. Like some of the coating has been scratched off
I received most items quick. The only problem I had was the item they didn't ship I could never find out when it was going to get to me. The site was never updated so I was really starting to worry if it would show by December 25. Would have been nice if they would update and drop you a liner so you're not left wondering if you were forgotten.
The order was received, but it took longer than expected to receive them, costumer service could be better at responding to requests or concerns, otherwise everything good.
I was very pleased to find this site to purchase these drops. I have Sjogren's disease and depend on these for my vision. They never notified that my order couldn't be restocked after 2 weeks that I asked through chat, when they changed the frames, and took 2 more weekends to process the glasee to their lab, they promise a few business days shipping but reality is they will send your order more than 1 month later
I didn't reorder the September order again, don't understand why im getting these glasses, I don't need them. I'll not do any future business with you.

Love that EZContacts offers a "virtual try on" feature but must say these Prada sunglasses are so much more lovely IRL! I ordered this pair after seeing them in a department store for almost $200 more. I was worried when in the "virtual try on" the tortoise shell coloring appeared much lighter than they were in the store. But since the SKU number was identical, I took a risk — which actually wasn't that much of a risk given EZContacts seemingly easy return policy (though I never had to use it). Absolutely love these! And they arrived super quickly even without any expedited shipping! Would definitely order from EZContacts again!

We called customer service after 2 weeks and found out ordered glasses were not available. Company representative assisted in correcting the oversight and hubby received glasses in a short time span
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
