I was sent an email to let me know my order had shipped on June 9th, and was given a tracking number. It took a week for it to leave the warehouse and now hasn't been updated since, so I have no idea where my box is. 17 days later and I still don't have it.

If you're in the US and it shipped 6/9 you should have received it by 6/23 and by 6/29 if you're in CA. The worst
June 23, 2017

The worst ever first box I oredered was in may we are now in June the 23rd and it still saying awaiting shipment... so horrible I feel like it's a scam. They already took my money... every time I talk to someone via text message they say no worries they will be shipping it soon they have a major back up... so disgusted I don't recommend this to anyone. If I don't recieve something by Monday I would like to have something done...

Love this box!

I have had this subscription for a little over a year. I have also ordered the editors box, so that makes a total of 7 boxes I have received so far. I ordered two editor boxes, one for me and one for my co-worker who is getting married in a few months. She couldn't fit it into her budget so I bought is as a wedding gift for her. She is always loving everything she sees from my boxes. I especially like the jewelry and the things I normally would not buy or don't know exist until I get the box. I love this box and foresee keeping my subscription for as long as I can. As for the comments about it being cheap quality and some things not worth more than 5 or 10 dollars, you usually get five or six items, so even if that were true (which it definitely is not), you would still be getting your moneys worth. Can I say again, I love this box!

I have been a subscriber to FFF for over a year now. Some of my orders have had issues, but I can honestly say that customer service goes above and beyond to help fix any problems. I love the boxes and think they are a fantastic value for what I pay. The add ons are amazing and I get to try products for a fraction of what I would pay retail. I have learned about and tried so many awesome products that I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. I think my only 'critical' feedback would be that I hope FFF kind of works on retaining current customers more than trying to get new ones coming in. I think that having a wait list would be beneficial to this growing company, quality of having orders properly filled over quantity of customers to fill orders for in a rushed way. Overall, I am so happy that I am a subscriber!

Hi Maggie! It sounds like you pre-ordered the Summer Box! Our priority shipping time placed all pre-orders and priority orders in shipping group one meaning you'd receive tracking no later than 6/23. The second shipping group was for those who are seasonal members and did not purchase add ons, anyone in that group can expect shipping details by 6/30. Since our boxes are seasonal we only ship these 4 times a year and generally ship all orders within 2 weeks of the bill date. Hello, Omg!
Literally I am reading the complains and I am so, so Impressed how people can act like a kids. Let's make this less complicated. I am going to highlighted the 4 complains all over this website:

1. Cheap Price: HELLO? Tell me when or which store will tell you to compared prices not based on the original price. People say that they are less price in other websites. Okay cool but That is going to be happening always, as It can be cheaper today, tomorrow it can be expensive. For instance Fab fit fun compared the RETAIL price.
2. Could not Cancelled: Customer Service in all Subscription boxes answer by email Address after 42 hours.
3. Did not Receive what I wanted: Lord! Of course you will receive a 70% what you like and another 30% probably what you don't there is not a way for you to say you like it until you see it. So is completely normal to receiver at least 1 or 2 items that you don't need or like because FAB FIT FUN is a box with variety of products not only makeup.
4. Social Media: So If you do not want to see what is in the box before you get it, Do not WATCH IT Duuhhh>>> I am still waiting for my Summer box because I do not live in LA of course I have to wait a week more. But Seriously? Is their fault that people make advertising?.
READ BEFORE YOU BUY DON'T BE A FOOL.
I haven't have troubles with the 5 subscription boxes that I am enroll in because, before I buy I read questions and answers asked by customers, do not blame a company for your lack of understanding or your IGNORANCE.
Last I am agree about that Fab Fit fun needs to have at least more staff members for Customer Service. But is great to see that this movement is growing so they can provide better Service this happens at one point in every single business that is growing and developing.

I love this box so much! I think that other people wouldn't have problems if they just read about the box first. You only get to pick your colors if you upgrade, otherwise you randomly get a color out of the selection of colors, regardless of anything, it's totally random. Also, all boxes shipout after the add ons close, so if you sign up before those close you might have to wait a little longer to receive your box. I have loved all the items I have received, they don't ship your cheap products, they are highend brands, and they save you so much money so that you are able to try more items. I loved my 50 dollar candle, my 50 dollar roundie, and everything else. The people complaining about items, need to do more research because obviously they don't know how to tell if something is quality. Its a surprise box, but the company works really hard to bring the best most fun seasonal items! It's never boring! Love love love this box!

I saw a tonne of reviews from opposite ends of the spectrum ( "best thing ever" to "OMG THE WORST") for this subscription service, so I was hesitant at first to purchase, but when I did I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly, most of the bad reviews seem to stem from people who aren't well-informed. Most subscription services have an automatic renewal every pay-period, so unless you specifically cancel, yes, you will be billed again and sent out the next box. Second, it's a surprise subscription box that caters to a wide variety of people. Of course they cannot cater to your exact tastes with every item. Honestly, if that's what you want, you should not be getting subscription boxes, you should just go to the mall and get exactly what you want. This is for those willing to try new things and be surprised.
I got the Spring 2017 box, and I loved most everything in it. Some pieces weren't the highest quality, but then others were well-known reputable luxury brands (e.g. Dr. Brandt skincare).
I only really wanted the one box for now, so I cancelled my subscription afterwards (this is only possible if you do not pay the entire year up-front from the get-go). I found it very easy to do so, there's a thing you click on your account, you fill out a little form, and then get a confirmation e-mail saying you cancelled. Ta-da!
Overall, fine service and a fun little treat. I'll probably be back once I see another box that catches my eye like the Spring one did.

I ordered the Eidfors box recently and received it with in 4 business days! Super fast shipping. I also accidentally signed up and paid the $180 for the year subscription and emailed them immediately. They refunded my money within less than 48 hours. That is unheard of with most subscription boxes. Very quick and nice customer service team.

Also, I'm very pleased with my editors box. The O. R. G. Mineral peel is amazing!

I'd been wanting to try a subscription box and decided on this one. Being in between releases, I received the Editor's Box. It arrived within 7 days. Nicely packaged, tons of cool items. I loved everything except maybe the coasters. And even those I will use eventually but would've preferred another make up item instead. Overall. I was happy and look forward to the next box. My only criticism is that the boxes aren't personalized based on your profile. Everyone pretty much gets the same box.

The items in these boxes are highly overrated and not worth the money. That beach round? Go to amazon and buy one... 5-10$... not $50! And guess what? The quality is much better if you're into that kind of thing. The canvas clutch with stupid saying can be purchased for 5-10$ at TJ Maxx. The lip stuff was absolutely horrible, and in comparing with friends/family who ordered and received different colors, the consensus is that the shades are not good for any skin tone. Just say no to this box. You're welcome.

They asked me if I like gold or silver I said silver and I received gold. I asked what color tone I was and I got bright red which is not what goes with my tone. I also received the ugliest blanket they make. I'm probably going to cancel the subscription because I just like most of what they sent me.

However, the survey does help us get a better idea of the demographic of our customers and your general interests and tastes. Terrible Service
April 24, 2017

I have been in contact with customer care for almost a week now after purchasing my box 14 business days ago (three weeks ago). Every time I talk to them, they give me NO new information on when to expect my box will be shipped. And, I ask for compensation for my wasted time and they say the same thing "we've already credited you $10" as if I am going to repurchase this box! Do yourself a favor and avoid FabFitFun at all costs. Great idea but terrible customer service.

I received the Editor's box and the Spring one and I can say that I'm extremely satisfied, the value of each box is way over what you pay, very happy with everything inside each box so far. The Spring Box 2017 was my first FFF box. I LOVE it! I got everything I wanted! I know that it is a hit or miss with colors you get or specific patterns you want, but I got lucky. I think all these bad reviews have been a misunderstanding. Because it's a subscription box and there's many options for one product, you can't feel like you're entitled to get exactly what you want. I feel like these bad reviews come from people who are unhappy with what they have gotten, but maybe a subscription box isn't for you because you can't choose what you get - unless you upgrade. All the FFF products they put in the box were fun, and are definitely useful! Me, being a college student LOVE what I get in the box because it really is aimed toward my age group! I will definitely continue my subscription and I can not wait for the Summer box!

This company is ridiculous and offensive. They literally told me to upgrade my account after I sent them a message and cancelled my subscription for sending me a product that would only work well for white skin. I filled out a survey and gripped over live chat about the product that was sent to me, since the product is marketed to white skin - I am tan. They told me they don't use the survey for what goes in their boxes. When I wrote a Facebook post in hopes of more clarity or an apology for their apparent lack of understanding of diversity, I was told I should upgrade - their white skinned clients don't have to upgrade to ensure they are not getting products for my skin tone. Fabfitfun doesn't send products for dark marks, because white people dont get them and it is offensive for them to tell me to upgrade, if their white skinned clients don't have to upgrade to not get something that would immediately go to the trash. They even had the nerve to compare my complaint for lack of sensitivity and marketing something that just works for white people to a bracelet. They told me they give people options when they upgrade and I could choose a bracelet over earrings or something that could work for all skin tones if I upgrade. This company is horrible, they need to have their customer service agents take diversity training and get more exposure to all skin types.

Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer! We do our best to ensure that our products are for every woman! We don't typically include items in the box that cater to specific skin tones. We included a contour kit in one of last year's boxes but members were sent the proper color based on the survey we have members fill out. We may add more items like this in the future but will be sure to take note of everyone's survey answers if we do. The annual upgrade option does offer more customization but you will receive products meant for all skin tones regardless of your membership status. We appreciate your comments and concerns and will absolutely take them into account as we continue to grow and improve! Thank you again for expressing your thoughts!

By the time you receive your box, it's already been posted all over social media. So there's no surprise, and then you're waiting for your box of disappointment.

When you try to contact them they send you a scripted email every other day saying they are busy. But when you say the issue is resolved, they respond immediately by asking you to reach out to them again if you ever need to (ummm that clearly doesn't work). Ie. Customer service = the worst

Not worth $80 Cad. They don't even pretend to care who you are, as long as you're buying their low rent products.

Instead Go buy yourself something you don't have to convince yourself to like.

The boxes aren't worth the price, and once they have your credit card, it is almost impossible to cancel. There is no way to reach a live person, and emails and chats to customer support come back with comments that they're swamped but will get back to you some day soon.

So its been several weeks and after initially offering a partial refund the company has gone radio silent on how I can receive this. Of course it remains impossible to reach anyone, with emails sent to customer support saying they'll get back to me soon and days later receiving additional emails saying they still plan to get back to me.

The girls behind the customer service try to act bounty by adding exlamation marks after every sentence, are unprofessional, and provide no real solutions to your problems. I have yet to even receive my first box. I was told that it takes 7-10 business days to ship the box after purchasing the box. It has been 12 business days so far and their response to me was "No worries, your box will ship soon". I really wanted this to be a good experience, but it has not been good and all because their customer service ruined the experience for me. There are many other subscription boxes out there and if fabfitfun doesn't get their **** together, they will have a serious downfall.

I am in Canada and they debit $80.00 for each box. Thats a big chunk of change. The Winter 2016 was our first box. Not impressed at all. A candle. ( could have got something similar at the dollar store, not to mention that it was cracked probably due to the cold). A weekly planner ( not something we will use and again, could have got this at a dollar store). A very plain necklace. Thank you cards (? Really?. No use for this). Mascara ( this item was ok) A face peel, ( might have been cool but it was winter in Canada and this item was frozen and exploded so garbage). Body Cream ( nothing fancy not worth $80) and a little pin in the shape of a star. For $80 on Amazon i could have got so much more that i would actually use. We signed up for this after seeing the Fall 2016 a gorgeous scarf, awesome travel mug, full eyeshadow pallatte, a brush, night serum, neat toe socks, coloring book and pencil crayons for adults, flushable wipes and deodorant. THAT box has stuff pretty well everyone would use. I have already cancelled my subscription. Im sorry but thank you cards and a weekly planner and a candle are not worth my time or money. Fab Fit Fun needs to put more thought into these boxes consistently and have more general use items. Also if you ship to Canada in December... Keep the cold in mind -20 to-40 is common here.
