Never Again!

I will never again order from fanatics.com. I ordered two UofA shirts and paid extra for two day shipping. On day four I called to see where our order was. The associate on the phone said they hadn't even shipped my order yet because it wasn't in stock. I was furious! Why let me order and pay extra for something that wasn't even in stock?! I would have gone elsewhere had I known that. So we ended up going to the game with no gear. Oh and the best part was that they "couldn't" (more like wouldn't) refund my money. All I got back was the $15 for two day shipping. Never again will I show here.

I bought a Phila Eagles three quarter tee that looked adorable online. I bought a women's medium and when it came it looked cheap, nothing like it looked online and was ridiculously wide and short. It did ship fast though.

No Exchanges!

I ordered a hoodie and received a good discount and free shipping. Hoodie is to small so I called customer service to see if I could exchange it with the same discount. The CSR rudely informed me that they don't do exchanges. I have to send it back, they will refund my money, less a $5.50 return fee, and then I can call and ask for the same sale price I received on the original purchase. Wouldn't even let me order it right now with the same discount. I don't mind paying the return fee I just want to pay the same price for the item I originally paid Obviously they are not real big on customer satisfaction and building a return customer base.

This website plasters all over their website why you should order with them and about their "hassle free" returns. If you order something incorrectly they will not exchange but will refund and expect you to re-buy the item after skimming a $5.50 fee off the top of your credit. I talked to their customer service and they said unfortunately I would have to pay. Stay away from here and use a true hassle free service such as Amazon.

Late shipping

I've been waiting for a ronda rousey t shirt and I ordered it August 10th. I paid for the 3-7 day shipping and still have not gotten the t shirt. It's making me panic a little bit because after all the reviews I'm seeing it looks like I might be out the t shirt and the $40 I paid for it.:-/

I WAS actually really excited to buy 3 things for my boyfriend, i was impressed with what I got all for $46.96 With Free Shipping when i got to the check out it no long honoured the free shipping due to the fact I was in Canada and didn't accept any other coupons i had. I reluctantly confirmed bringing my total to $72.37 it was a bit more then i wanted to spend but I agreed. Well i just checked my credit card it was charged $97.17 because apparently they didn't think to mention that there would be an addition 25$ coming out because it was in Canadian currency, my fault for not checking but i would not of hit confirm if i realized it would be double the price!... I guess that was why they didn't mention it, it really sucks i was really excited about this purchase at first!

I ordered a shirt on a Tuesday for a Broncos game out of town almost two weeks later. It is now almost a week after ordering and the order hasn't even shipped yet. I got an apology email that said please respond if they can further assist. I have now emailed them twice asking to change the shipping address to my friends house (who I am visiting for the game) so that maybe I can wear it to the game. I know for a fact it won't arrive to me on time (I guess ordering 9 days in advance isn't enough). Do not order from this site unless you plan on not wearing what you order for at least a month.

I would not order from this company again. The blanket had a discolored spot, the size of a dime and thin material, in the middle of it. It was a gift and I do not have time to return it nor do I want the hassle of returning it... very disappointing! It was for my grandchild! This was my first and last order from Fanatics!

No Exchanges!

I bought some presents for my husband. The original order had a discount. The hat was to small, there is a return with the order, but no option to exchange or a phone number to call for customer service ( which is how I had placed the order). So I had to go to the website and look for a number... nope. So I chatted with a customer service person on line, basically she finally wrote that the don't do exchanges. Needless to say I left their site and went to another and found the same hat for less. I won't be using Fanatics again.

The previous reviews regarding return policy is true. Even if the mistake is on their part, they won't exchange. You have to return the item on your dime and then pay for shipping for the replacement again. They told me when I returned my jersey that they'd reimburse me for the shipping costs. Never did. Gee, big surprise. Better off going elsewhere.

Horrible Site
July 5, 2015

My wife placed an order on June the 15th in optimism the package would get to our home before Father's Day and the package is still not here. It was suppose to be here the 19th and never arrived so my wife submitted an email on the 24th and then we had an expected date of the 30th and still nothing. I got involved because my wife was forced to ruin the surprise and told me about the gifts so I wrote an email on June 30th and did not even get an email. This is extremely disappointing and at this point maybe the site can do something right and at least issue a refund since a package can't be expected.

Glad this site is available because they obviously respond here.

"Update from previous experience" - I had a previous complaint recently, and was contacted by Sarah, who was very helpful. She sent me 1 of the actual hat I ordered (guess there was only 1 left) and said they'd refund me for 1 hat, though I'm still waiting for that to show on my bank statement...

I have yet to receive my refund for the 1 hat

I ordered four items, 2 Warriors Champ Hats and 2 Shirts. I received the shirts on time but not the hats. I asked in the chat and they told me the hats will be sent no later than August 28th. A couple months after I had originally ordered for Father's Day gifts. I had no message or warning that the items would be later than the expected receive dates. So for now I cannot give it the best rating but I am satisfied so far and will be even more when I receive my other package.

I was very excited to find that they had the hat my dad wanted for Father's Day. I was also excited that it was a little less expensive than most retailers. I went ahead and placed the order with a 3-day shipping charge in hopes he would get it before the end of the week as I placed my order on Tuesday evening. The shipping charge was $9.99. I continued to track it until I saw on the site (LaserShip is apparently the company they use for shipping product, which in kind words SUCKS) that the item wouldn't be delivered until the next week! So not only did I pay extra for the shipping, but they also lost the package while delivering. It stated it was left at the front door, but my parents live in a gated community so I contacted customer service in which all they said was they would track it down and re-attempt to deliver. No notes or confirmation number was given to me, only to keep tracking it the next day. My mom called me to tell me that a neighbor had found it on the bottom floor in between two apartment doors that aren't even close to the unit number they were to deliver it. The package was torn open and damaged. Luckily the product was fine inside the box, but this is unacceptable. They also told me that they don't ship on the weekends, which they fail to tell you when you're paying for expedited shipping. Needless to say they are completely incompetent over there and don't take responsibility for any of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I was looking to exchange a sweatshirt received as a gift. I was told by this company that they don't do exchanges, so I need to return the item and wait for store credit so I can then re-order the sweatshirt. I pulled the instructions fully and never received the store credit. I was told that they issued it to a third person and therefore i could not get it. Now I have no sweatshirt and no refund!

Update: After writing this review, Fanatics did issue the full credit back to my account. I am thankful that they corrected the problem. I only wish that it would have been done from the start instead of me having to argue on the phone and write bad reviews.

I bought a present for my brother's birthday and the shipping said it will arrive in 2-3 business days and they still have not even shipped the item after 6 days of the purchase. That was a GUARANTEE they clearly stated on the purchase screen. So they LIE right after your purchase and don't follow through on their orders.

Immediately upon seeing the confirmation page of my purchase (ID #5-*******8319) I tried contacting Fanatics customer service in order to change the address. However, despite multiple efforts to reach out to them about the error - I received no response. Instead, I received an automated email stating my order had shipped - to the wrong address! When I finally was able to get in touch with the customer care people, they told me there was nothing they could do!?! This is totally unacceptable! I tried to notify them, and all they've told me is sorry - I just wont be able to receive my order. Still trying to figure out how to get my items...

As stated on our site, when placing an order using your PayPal account, the address your order is going to ship to is based on the authorized information listed on your PayPal account. I ordered a Father's Day present on Monday and it is now Friday and the item hasn't even left their warehouse yet. When I wrote them back to complain and ask them to please expedite the shipping to resolve the issue, they responded 2 days later instead giving me a $10 credit to their store... to me this is completely worthless since I'm never shopping here again. I wish I could give them less than one star and I wish I checked out all their terrible reviews before ordering with them.
