Sa ve yourself the time and headache from ordering from this company. I placed 2 orders. 1 order I receive the wrong item. They would not correct the mistake and send me the right item unless I paid more money to have item shipped back and the other items sent. Which was totally their mistake. The second order I ordered 6 items all Baltimore Ravens after waiting for a Week for the tracking info I get a email saying my order was canceled money will be refunded. So yes they refunded money to my bank account but I also had Fan cash I used to purchase the items which they did not and said they will not refund my fan cash. I have called the place numerous times and everytime get a run around total I will be called back never do still haven't received my Fancash.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FANATICS.COM! They are horrid! They charge $5.50 if you need to return an item that doesn't meet your satisfaction, wether that be the size is to small, damaged product, anything! They charge 5.50 for the return. They dont have an exchange policy! If you need an exchange dont count on them helping you because this company doesnt know what an exchange is, if you need an exchange you must repurchase a entire new item and return your old one (all while paying 5.50 service fee to return your product) I will never purchase from this online store again and the first experience I had with them was given to me as a gift! Until they improve their practices and catch up to speed with other online stores, I will not be purchasing from them
Ordered 2 Cardinal players jerseys last Sunday. Was told 3 day processing plus I payed for overnight shipping. A week later still being told "in processing" and warehouse won't call back to inform me why. I could have had this done in 30 minutes at the stadium or in the mall.

This website is absolute $#*!. I ordered a Sixers jersey, and it took them 3 months to send it. There was a promotion on the site saying I would receive 2 free tickets with it, but now they're saying they won't give me the tickets because they never offered them, yet when I ordered it, blaring across the screen of sixersshop.com was the promotion. I would know because it's the only reason I bought the jersey from their website. Meanwhile, they send me a defective jersey after their 3 months of preparation. Such an awful website.
Ordered 5 items on a Wed morning, paid $11 extra for 2 bus day shipping. Received email Wed night that the order shipped. 1 item arrived the following Tues, the rest arrived 2 weeks after ordering them. Returned the entire order, and the refund is still $15 short of what I paid.
Items shipped when promised and were it stock but are very low quality. T shirts are thin to the point of almost being see-through. They use those Gildan t shirts, very poor quality.
I ordered an athletic sweater for my wife. Paid the extra 12.95 for 2nd-day. Package did not show up. Went on their chat site. Was disconnected 3 times, made to wait for a "moment" (many minutes) while they looked up the transaction. Was told that 2-day meant 3-day really since the next day counts for the shipping day. "HUH. The site said FEDX". Anyway, I think they credited my account with shipping charges but I had no sweater for my wife. Glad I ordered from Cableas as well. I did have a shirt that was ordered on the same day for 4.95 shipping and arrived on time. Use this review for what it is worth.
Dont't be bothered by the negative reviews. I ordered a Mitchell and Ness Vintage Giants Snapback and it came in on time as promised and as nice as promised. Would definetley recommend to others.
I was debating on ordering anything because of all of the negative reviews! I am 100 % happy with this company. I ordered my sons bookbag on Friday and it arrived today! During Christmas of 2013 I ordered so many items and everything arrived perfect in less than a week.
Do not order anything from fanatics.com, terrible shipping, and even worse customer service. I placed an order on Wednesday June 4th, and paid quite a bit extra for 2 day shipping, as the items were supposed to be a birthday present for someone on Sunday the 8th. Fanatics let me know the next day that my order had shipped, but was not due to be delivered until Monday the 9th, well outside of the 2-day window I paid extra for. I immediately sent an e-mail to fanatics.com letting them know how important this was to me, and how I needed the package within 2 days. Friday and Saturday came and went with no package and no response from fanatics. Finally on Sunday the 8th, I received an e-mail response stating that 2-day shipping to fanatics, does not mean I will receive my items within 2 days, that they are right, and I am wrong, but to continue shopping with fanatics.com! My items finally arrived on Tuesday the 10th. Save yourself the hassle, do not shop with fanatics, while they may have a decent selection, and ok prices, it's not worth the trouble.
Never order from here! I placed an order and received notificatin that 1 out of the 7 items shipped. I immediately called, and was told the rest was guaranteed to ship within the week. Called again at end of week, and customer service told me they looked into it and it would ship on Monday. Then on Monday, Erick S. In CS tells me that it looks like the shirts are back ordered.

I ordered a limited edition Super Bowl football from them along with hats. No problem with the hats, but for some reason the football was transferred from FedEx to USPS and was then sent back as undeliverable. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but the customer service dept. says they can no longer get me the ball, which was supposed to be a birthday present. From looking at these reviews I wonder how long it will take to get reimbursed. I will not recommend them to anyone.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but problems with returning a product purchased from them. Currently on the phone for the sixth time. They refunded the item to our card however we noticed the refund amount wasn't even the full cost of the shirt purchased. The shirt cost was 45.00, the refund was 38.00. After several calls the customer service rep finally told us that they screwed up the refund. He put us on hold several times before finally coming back to us and telling us our phone is breaking up. We called back on another phone was immediately put on hold by the customer service rep then we were simply hung up on.

Horrible experience. First, my order got 'lost' in the mail. When I called to have it replaced, the items I ordered were on sale but I did not get the sale price even though they had to recharge me for the order. Then, one of the items was not what I needed. I returned the item (with tracking). It took them 4 weeks to even register the return (I got an e-mail confirming they have the return). The website says expect 2-10 business days for the return to show on the credit card statement. It's been 3 weeks and still has not shown up on my credit card. I've called 3 times to speak to a customer service representative about this concern. I've sat on hold for over an hour and a half collectively and still have not talked to anyone-- all I've done is listen to elevator music. I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this site to anyone- worst experience with a website I've ever had.
I ordered items on a Weds that I needed by Sat. There were multiple shipping choices. It was before noon, so I chose 2-day shipping. I didn't receive a confirmation of shipping until 30 hours later and noted that goods would not arrive until Mon. I called customer service who basically said that "technically we are right and you are wrong." Not good choice of words in that situation. I wanted to cancel order, but they said too bad that goods already on the way and can't stop the FedEx machine. I looked at how to return goods, but those needed a form to be attached else they would not refund all money. Since items are gong to a third party's address, that one won't work either. Overall, a bad experience in trying to order with respect to a timeline, in having order filled and shipped in timely fashion, and in getting help from customer service to find a solution. I won't do business with this firm EVER again.
Honestly I haven't ordered from them yet but they have the same corporate offices as fansedge and shop.nhl.com. I have had nothing but problems and horrible customer service from them. If you order be prepared for a horrible experience with the customer service department.
I did email their customer service department (before I realized it was the same company) to verify the color of the practice jersey I wanted and never got an answer from them. I am just glad I didn't order the red jersey from them... I would have gotten another blue one a an even bigger headache.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
