I ordered an item for $39.99. FN refunded me $24.45 even after I purchased a return receipt for a faster refund. LIES! Customer service is a joke. You can not speak to anyone in real-time and the responses are generic. They claim my item was sold out. It's still available and at the same price. That's not right at all. I have ordered from them in the past. I will not be anymore. I have never experienced this type of foolery with any other online shopping store.

Order placed. Order shipped from FN to some generic loal shipper. Order stuck in cheapest company shipping ever. Contact shipping company, get nowhere. Contact FashionNova and am told to deal with it. EXCUSE ME?!
2 weeks later, the shipping company FINALLY lists package as damaged and that i need to contact FN. I do. They give me the run around. Still waiting on my refund.

I ordered 2 dresses for an occasion on the 18/08/2023, till today /05/10/2023 I still do not have my order. Will never order from them again and now they deliver to Post office and not physical address. I'm so not happy. Will order from shein is much much better.

They sent me an email stating my package was delivered. It was a LIE! They are thieves and scammers!

Placed an order for a good amount of items which were "delivered" a week later than they were supposed to, except their own delivery company driver stole my package after taking the "delivered" picture. This company refuses to acknowledge the issue with their delivery company and won't refund my order nor ship the items back out to me to correct the issue! Extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers. If I ran my company this way I'd be out of business.

I want to let everybody know fashion novel is a scam I Placed. An order only get half of my order. They told me that they working on sending out the rest of my order.
I'm waiting when I decide to email back. They told me that I have between 14 days to respond regarding this matter.

Good, affordable products but receiving of products in a timely manner is not the best. Do not pay for expedited shipping because you will not receive your order on scheduled date

Fashion nova stole $13 from me. They lost my order (blamed the shipping company) and then refunded me, less $13. They claimed they refunded me $10 before that, but all they did was issue me a $10 coupon because the order was running late. This company just stole $13 from me! I am beyond disgusted. I know it's just $13, but it's my money and they flat out stole it from me! They never intended to ship me this package, they just wanted to take a little bit of my money!

As of lately I've loved everything I've purchased as to before I couldn't never find anything to fit. I'm tall so the tall girl section is EVERY THING to me BUT, FN Shipping is HORRIBLE EVERY TIME I purchase they send me a message saying order delay, I buy things within enough time so I can wear my clothes based off the date it's supposed to arrive then the date comes and go & I still don't have my order… it's like you have to purchase overnight shipping just to make sure you get your things before hand and even still sometimes my package doesn't come overnight… I'm fed up with shipping this company needs to ship through another carrier or something! It's frustrating & im not going to continue spending my money with the company if this isn't fixed. It's bad business!

Will never be ordering from this company again. I placed an order for a dress and it was never received. Customer service was very dismissive about my issue and refused to give a refund or credit towards a new order. The fact that the item was only $40 wasn't the point. Just the fact that they were no help whatsoever. Better off shopping someplace else.

I placed and order to be sent to my daughter in college. I then placed myself an order. Fashion nova decided to make my daughters dorm address my default address and now my order is being shipped to her dorm. I contacted Fashion Nova 30 seconds after the order was completed and they claim they can't change it. This isn't the first time they haven't had the ability to fix an order and I've lost money. I am DONE with this company. Too much money waisted. My order hasn't even shipped yet either.

Store credit for merchandise that never comes the shipping and delivery is the worst.

I got cheap clothes with buttons falling off paid to return everything and never got my refund or store credit cause (they never give be cash refunds)! RUN AWAY FOLKS RUN FAR AND FAST!

Fashion Nova is a terrible business. Their customer service is terrible and they only care about money and people using their store. The clothes received rip and fabric is terrible. Any returns will be given back on a gift card even if you express how unsatisfied you are with them. This is a way to force people to either shop again or you lose your money because they will not give it back. They don't even deserve the one star review because this business is horrible. DON'T shop here. You can find other better place to shop at that will value you as a customer.

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. No customer service number and a automated email response. There's no live person to assist you with anything... I placed a order with them and they sent me a tracking number that showed no movement for at least a week. I contacted fashion nova through email because There's no phone number. They kept sending an automatic response about my package assuring me that my package will be delivered by the delivery date, but there wasn't a accurate delivery date. This communication was going on for about 2 days until they finally lied and said the carrier lost my package. They wouldn't refund me until I filed a claim.hmmm what claim? They the one's that lost my package so, I should have to file a claim. I also ask them to reship my package with overnight and they also refused to do that...I had to go through my bank for a refund. There wasn't any resolution on they're part...something should be done about this company

This is the worst place I online shop with. I brought a jumpsuit it was to big I returned it they didn't give me all money and I had to buy a label to return than they gave me a gift card at that. Nothing was wrong with the item they really got over on me big time you can't even talk to nobody at that I would never shop with them never poor excuse for a business

Their return policy is godawful, the price of their clothing does not reflect their quality, what more can I say? Never buying from these complete SCAMMERS again.
