I made an order of shoes in black and a size 5, they sent me them in chestnut and a size 7. They then advised I need to return the incorrect shoes and provide them a receipt before they could send me the shoes I ordered, as a Christmas present this is not ideal. They then gave me a 15% code that I could not use on the item I wanted as they said it applies to full priced items which it was but then added I could not use it on the new collection either. I am very unhappy with the service and this is not the first time either.
I returned my item 14 days ago. It was recieved at warehouse 8 days ago. I have sent numerous emails. No response until today. Only suggesting I wait longer. No offer of looking into the issue at all. You should not have to pay to return your item. Awful given its a celebrity site. Its a money making game! No contact number, cop out!

Absolutely shocking service,I seen all the bad reviews and I honestly should of listened to them.i ordered a beautiful dress to get a skirt I emailed multiple times no reply,I sent back the skirt looking for a refund and still nothing Absolutely no communication what so ever.

I bought the Rebellious t-shirt worn it twice and it became faulty. I sent photo evidence and told to return it, that was in July. To this day I haven't recieved a refund they keep saying it was returned to my bank account send an image that you can't open and four digit ending that doesn't match my card details. They then say track the refund with lost transaction through your bank...(erm that's not what you do as they don't have such a lost transaction department). Customer service is appalling to deal with, online chat even worst as they say I wasn't eligible for a refund...even though it was faulty. They don't respond to emails promptly and when you send one saying stop ignoring, they send a reply which is damn right rude, abrupt and not customer friendly at all. I have since removed them from my social media, putting reviews on forums hoping people are going to stop using them.
I made an order with in the style, in which I fell unwell a few days after receiving the item and was unable to return in time. I have been bed bound, which is why I couldn't return my items. I emailed only a few days out, hoping for a little understanding. They have been totally unsympathetic! Pretty little thing have incredible customer service, and would never treat a customer like this. Customer service goes along way, and Inthestyle have totally lost my respect.
Contacted my bank on an online purchase with bestinthestyles web. The merchant that took my purchase has a number that is a Walgreen Pharmacy in Colorado. Beware this is a SCAM website. We are waiting for our bank to block the transaction. SCAM!
They cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price
I ordered a black Rebellious Hope T-shirt in a size 12/14. When the T-shirt arrived there was no sizing label and it is the fit of a size 10. When I spoke to a member of their customer service team I was told that they only have one size available and that I will have to pay for returns. They don't offer exchanges and if I request a refund it will be minus the charity donation. I feel as though I've been scammed
Dreadful company. Because of the association with Deborah James I bought a t-shirt from them, for which I paid £21.99, which is more than I would usually pay for such an item. It was ridiculously small so I returned it to the them. They made a refund of £15.50. When I queried this they said:
"Sorry to let you know we do not refund the delivery charges and we also deduct £2.50 as returns fee."
What a way to make money out of people, never came across this level of extortion from similar companies - and no mention of any of the money going to the Deborah James fund either.
Just don't buy from them, they need to be taught a lesson.
Ordered a CURVE LADBABY MUM BLACK RUCHED SWIM SHORTS and LADBABY MUM BARDOT FRILL BIKINI TOP. The sizings are way off. Ordered both in size 18 and they're huge. It fits my aunt that's a size 22 comfortably. The swim short is not a short, it's more like a very high waisted bikini that gives no shaping and hardly any control. Bad quality, way overpriced.
I've been waiting over 2 months for customer services to reply to my last e mail, to try to resolve a query which has been outstanding for more than 8 months! They continually fail to acknowledge their errors and when/if they do respond, it is another fob off which doesn't address issues, states they are very busy and will reply within 48 hours (!) - which they don't! I despair of anyone taking responsibility and resolving this. The worse customer service ever - a scam - AVOID!
Spent over £300 on a couple of items. 3 dresses exactly the same just different colours, all same size but only ONE fit. One was far too big and the other too small. The sizing on the other items was the same. Miles to big or tiny. But all labels same size. The clothing quality is RUBBISH! Market clothing is better! No idea how all these celebrities or Instagram people promote them or have clothing lines. It's honestly shocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You'll be better off going to a market or primark! Cos that is the quality of clothing. REFUNDS?! Well that's a joke, they deduct £2.50 per parcel (charge for postage twice) and then take 14 days to refund. Funny that, I'm on day 15 since the parcels reached the warehouse and nothing cleared my account yet!
I ordered a jumper and it arrived used with hair all over it and string hanging and bubbles as if it's been worn and used for months. After a week of contacting customer service I had no apology suddenly the replacement arrived and it was in worse condition covered in hair and hanging string and bubbles and marker all over the sleeves! Absolutely disgraceful that clothes are being sent out in these condition and looks nothing like the photo the quality is shocking!
Bought a charity BowelBabe tshirt - they have sent the wrong size and told me it's supposed to be oversized…. Ok, but it's not the size on the label that I ordered on the website! Said nothing I can do but return and be charged a £2.50 admin fee
Ordered five dresses and two pairs of shoes from this company, returned all of them bar one pair of shoes which totals to over £100. Sent return parcel back on 23 March and still no correspondence/refund from them! Customer service rubbish too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Scammers!
I'm writing this one star as I ordered something that did not fit me correctly so I emailed it in the style downloaded the QR code sent it to ASDA's put it in the box and in the style has refused to give me a refund because they said that they did not receive the item back this is not my fault lost out on money can't trust in the style what a shame was a good customer to
Absolutely ridiculous excuse of a company. The amount of times I've placed an order that included 'pre order' items which have made a NEXT DAY delivery delayed by a week or more is disgusting! I placed an order with pre order items on Tuesday 29th March 2022, had to cancel it on 1st April 2022 as days of advisors telling me 'it'll be dispatched tomorrow' over and over was getting exhausting. I've just looked at the items on their site and the order STILL wouldn't have been dispatched yet! I even tagged Adam Frisby the owner in a story on Instagram explaining my frustration at him releasing new lines every single day when previous orders aren't getting dispatched and he viewed it and ignored it. He's more interested in making money off of non dispatched orders than producing quality products that arrive on time. I'll never order from them ever again. Horrid customer service, a useless company owner & 8 times out of 10 the clothes are cheap and poorly made. I've seen so many other women with the same issues so I'm not just being bitter over one order. I'm being bitter over multiple delayed / not received orders along with other peoples issues also. Not that Adam or any of the 'influencers' he uses will care, they just enjoy people filling their bank accounts & not whether you get your order or if your order is of long lasting quality for the excessive prices. One advisor ignored my annoyance and offered me 10% off my next order… whilst I was complaining about an order I still hadn't received…I'll stick to ASOS thanks!
Still awaiting a refund after been asked to provide proof of the return. Which I did and still no acknowledgement. It is a farce of a company. No way to contact them unless u email then which they ignore constantly. DO NOT ORDER OFF THEM!
Twice now I've paid extra for next day delivery for the parcel to not arrive on time which means that's twice now that I've not have an outfit for an event I was attending despite paying extra to ensure I would.
Why would you offer next day delivery if you don't have the capacity to?
The person on the live chat kept saying sorry but not offering any solution. When I eventually asked if he had a solution he said he could refund me the £4 delivery which seems a little bit insulting on an order over £150. When I asked for anything else, he said he could give me 10% off my next order.
If you think I'm ever ordering from here again after it's happened twice you've got another thing coming. If you can't get my order right twice, god knows how many people this has happened to.
If you're going to be useless at customer service, at least have competent people manning the phones and live chats.
Really disappointed in the service and won't be shopping here again. It seems the brand which started with humble beginnings has completely lost sight of the people it took to get you there. A real shame.
I have been trying for 2 days to get through to return a order, i have been on hold for over 3 hours on the chat, the returns portal wont work, and the best of it i keep getting E mails how did we do, i never even got to chat to anyone, you having a laugh, absolutely rubbish, fuming
Answer: Took a few days for them to respond to my email but have not responded to the one I sent on 20/11/20
