The worst customer service I have ever received in my life, I made a first purchase of 127 US, I returned it, nothing helped me, I didn't know they didn't return the money to the original payment method, well I accepted it, because in CIBER MONDAY, a purchase 135 us use the famous Gift Card, I thought they were only going to charge me the difference from 127 to 135 us, well it turns out they charged me everything again. I immediately called, I wrote an email to all the resources at 3:00 p.m., very conveniently, they told me that, I can return the order and they will give me another new store credit, because because of that mistake that your company made, they don't ask me to cancel the order and be able to use the famous giftcard. I did reports at the Bank, Consumer affairs. I am not interested in your service, nor in your merchandise, your service is a nightmare, there it appears that they are going to send it to me on December 15,2023. I AM NOT INTERESTED in your merchandise for the first and last time. I have received days of anguish calling the Bank and they still insist on sending me their nightmare request. I DON'T WANT THEM I DON'T NEED THEM THE BANK IS TAKING CARE OF YOU. They don't have a phone, just an email, like an automatic robot, what a distasteful company.
I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for years. The customer service has gone down hill. Firstly you can't actually speak with anyone. I placed an order and 12 days later nothing.They sent a message stating your order in on its way and the item still hasn't arrived to ups and it's been 48 hrs. They've lost a loyal customer.
I always order over $200 worth of items crazy enough sometimes over $500. I have not receive my items and fashion nova did nothing. The one time I did not receive my order after being loyal to them for yearssssssssss
Fashion Nova sent me a damaged item and after asking me if I'd like a refund or credit for it, I chose refund and they sent me a credit anyway. Part of my order was used with a credit, but more than the refund amount was paid with my own card so why give me the option to begin with and not honor it? I'd have to spend way more money to use the credit and get free shipping than being given my money back for an item they sent me ripped? I'll never be shopping with them again. This is why they don't even give the option of being able to speak to someone on the phone, you're only able to email. Their reps would be cursed out all day by how poor the customer service is. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought over $80 worth of items and they were one size too big. I emailed and got the label to return the items which I sent via UPS for a fee. I have made several attempts to get a smaller size or return my money and NEVER GOT MY REFUND BACK.

When I asked where the order was going and repeatedly asked for a tracking number they refuse me any access to information how do you take my money and you can't tell me for what and where? Return process is terrible, they only offer store credit for returns. Customer service ignores your complaints and issues. Don't waste your time paying for next day shipping as they will buy the shipping label and not tender it to the carrier then blame them for it being late.
I placed an order with them on the 16th of October 2023 and had a delivery date of the 23rd the 23rd came and went nothing then I checked back they said the 26th it came and went never came now it says the 27th. Pretty sure it's gonna come and go so I disputed the charges all together, will not be buying for them again.

Don't order from Fashion Nova and not because of them so much but because of laser ship which is the shipping company they use laser ship isn't reliable and they aren't professional when you go there in person. They lied and said they delivered my package and never did I still have not received it two days after they supposedly delivered it. I had my birthday party coming up in 5 days so I figured one day shipping that's plenty of time! Well it took almost a Fing week didn't get my outfit! What they mean to say is they get the order then they ship it one day after the order then they blame it on the postal services. I was emailing them multiple times asking where my order was! They kept saying sorry for the delay its on its way heres the tracking number! I tried to tract it its showed delivered to another state back in March! So I emailed again got a response the next day sorry for the delay your package is on its way! I order from Shein now they've never messed up order comes in about a week! Fashion Nova is flat out stupid! On top of all this it wouldn't let me pay in full I had to do the ZIP or whatever it was to even check out! I also ordered a body suit it clearly looked like flowers. Well it was actually old Angel men with penises showing with children on it! I was discussed. Just really pay attention to the little things.
I have an order that is missing a dress and one came damaged. You have to email for customer service and it is horrible. They don't respond, if they do it's a day later and still no resolution. I email right back and never hear anything again. The worst customer service, I will never order again. Got in touch with fashion Nova. They wanted to refund me back on a gift card so that was a policy that was unacceptable because I never received the merchandise and their continuing to say oh we'll put it on the eCard. Will put on the gift card but we can't give you back your money. That's a stiff. If I never received the merchandise, why can't you give me back my money? That's bad practice. I refuse to buy final sale clothes due to them not being able to be returned, but they will still make it non returnable after the fact if the item is now on sale. I have received a couple orders where items are completely missing, and they refuse to refund any money. They steal your money and could careless. Fashion Nova has some really cute clothes, but unfortunately you have to weigh whether or not you are OK with dealing with the world's worst customer service. I had been a loyal customer of FN for years, but the past six months, almost every one of my orders arrived with at least one damaged item. My experiences with them when trying to get them to help with damaged items was awful. I sent in photos of damages and described damages with item numbers, etc. They ask for more photos. I sent more photos. They ask for more angles. I would send more angles. You go back and forth with them and they fight with you about it. I just wanted to return the damaged items (without paying for return shipping bc I don't think it's fair to have to pay $8 to return an item that the company sent damaged). They either would not let me return the damaged items, or they made me pay to return them with no refund (only store credit). I understand their policy is no refund and instead store credit, which I am completely on board with. My problem is when the item arrives damaged, ethically, the company should either issue a refund to your original form of payment OR at least let you return it (with a prepaid shipping label at their expense). The last time I ordered from them, and got 2 clearly damaged item (a dress with a broken zipper and white heels with a big ol' black mark on them that I could not get out), I reached out to customer service. They sent me an auto email accusing me of "wardrobing" (umm.look at the tracking people, I literally had the items delivered to my doorstep the day before I contacted you)! At that point I was just too exhausted to want to fight with FN customer service and insulted that I was sent their "wardrobing" email after years being a loyal customer. Bottom line is, you can get some really great items at Fashion Nova. However, you have to go in with the mindset & understanding that they don't really care about keeping their customers happy and understand that the customer service experience is similar to buying from an online company in China. Just for reference, I am loyal customer at Lulus, Shein, ThredUp, Forever2, Anthropologie, The Real Real, Revolve, etc. I buy a ton of clothes online. I never have customer service problems with any of these other companies. By far, Fashion Nova has the worst customer service out of any vendor I do business with.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
