I hear about fashion Nova all over YouTube. Many people love shopping from this website so I made two orders. First was a matching set, when it arrived the quality wasn't as good as I thought. Good thing was it fit me well. Second order was a top which fit different than the picture on the site. I also got sweatpants which were really bad quality and had straps that were falling off. I didn't understand how I was supposed to wear that cause the quality looked much better on the website.

I gave in again & ordered a bomber jacket this time. I ordered on Monday & hope it would be here by next week.

The customer service is really good though they get back to you within an hour and the shipping doesn't take long.

Good luck in shopping from them but be careful!

I got my package today and the dresses are all poorly made. They don't look like cheap cotton on the site, but they are very poorly made and none of them fit. I have to return them all and I was so excited. The worst part is no returns or exchanges, only in store credit and I won't want anything from them after this so I just wasted quite a bit of money I don't have as a college student. Fashion Nova sucks. Don't buy from them!

People need to take note that Fashion Nova ships to multiple people. The people who go on websites like these are the ones who don't get what they want and are the ones who will put one star. I feel like if people are upset because they don't refunds is ridiculous. It is stated on their website and shouldn't be a surprise. It is applied towards not just Fashion Nova, but a ton of other companies as well. I have had nothing but the best experience with Fashion Nova! From their shipping, to the fantastic products, and best customer service I have experienced! Thanks Fashion Nova! Have definitely referred you to all my friends and Family!

LORD! So I buy for $135 on their site. Items came. I'm super excited. So I received items, one of jumpsuit had a big hole in it - One of the white jeans had what I just noticed a stain & missing pieces of the zipper like someone chewed on it. Soo didn't bother even trying those on- At this point I'm like wtf right? All of the jeans were size 9 - BUT one couldn't go past my thighs - the other fit - one was too loose - yea idk. Anyways at this point I'm upset but I'm like whatever I'll just return these cause the hype was bull$#*!. I would assume for $$35- 40 jeans the material is at least decent right? Nope.

Here's the good part- they told me to email, I did & they take days to reply so I had to call 17 times (literally) on hold for 10-25 mins each- finally get a human on the damn phone - they refused to give me my money back & kept apologizing - oh & there is absolutely NO WAY OF REFUND because of the way their "system is set up" Bull$#*! (write me a check) smh- no where on their sites says the word nonrefundable especially if they sent you crap that has no zipper and ripped holes. Anyways so I asked for store credit for item that didn't fit (Trying to work with them) and a refund for the damaged items they sent me. Still NO! 48 minutes on the phone and I felt like I was getting way too upset to the point of tearing up that I had to get off the phone. Store credit when you want nothing to do with them? Literally the most stressful week of my life! Wish I just followed my gut and didn't buy anything from them. Smh

I ordered from Fashion Nova June 22nd and saw that my item had been shipped on June 23rd. I looked online today and saw that my items are still in the pre shipment phase. I called yesterday and they told me that it would be shipped out but I checked today and still the same thing. I called about 12 times today & no answer.! I emailed and received a reply from someone named Liz saying to call them if I don't receive it in 10 business days. I was supposed to receive my items in 2 business days. This is frustrating because I have an event coming up for which I ordered the items. Never ordering from here AGAIN!

I had ordered a dress and these nice heels from Fashion Nova for my high school graduation but it didn't come in at the sate it was supposed to get there and of course I started freaking out. I started calling fashion nova and my USPS post office and they were all telling me different things. It wasn't until I went on Facebook Messenger and texted fashion nova I got the help I needed. This woman named Cali saved my life. She was able to find my package that no one else knew where it was and send it to me via FedEx One Day priority shipping. Thank you Cali, so much. I appreciate You just saved me.
