I had actually heard about Fashion Nova through Blac Chyna. I decided to do more research and had seen that big reputable stars had been wearing them like Chyna, Amber Rose, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Christina Milian, K. Michelle, Bella Thorne, Aubrey O'Day, and even the editor of vogue in Japan, Anna Dello Russe, and more! I decided to give it a shot and ordered to see what the hype is about and fell in love! I ordered a jumpsuit last week it didn't come with the belt that it was suppose to come with.
I called fashion nova varies of times only to be hung up on and the other times I never got through. When I emailed them they said they would ship it as soon as possible yet I never received a tracking number for shipment or anything then I emailed again they said to send back my jumpsuit and they would resend me another one. I didn't think it was fair all I needed was the dumb belt that it was suppose to come with. Then I emailed again they said they would talk to the manager. Still no response I finally called numerous of times today and was finally able to get through... They refunded me half of the money I paid for the jumpsuit but what's the point in that I won't b wearing it without the belt it was suppose to come with.

Got 2 rompers and jeans they fit very well love this place.
I placed an order with them on 5/15 that same night they sent me an email telling me my order was shipped. It's been 18 days and I still haven't received a package. I've tried calling them but can't get through it goes straight to voicemail and I've emailed about 10 times and have only gotten 2 bs replies. This company has the worst customer service ever! Stay away!

I received the items and they weren't very good quality, but that was expected considering the prices. However, I went to buy a few more items for an upcoming trip and I realized a pair of sunglasses were missing from my first order. I had been debating getting the sunglasses and I just thought I removed from the cart, but I did not. I contacted customer service and did not receive a reply, but I did get a survey asking how I'd rate the customer service experience. Someone eventually did reply, but the replies took days in between. At one point I had two separate customer service reps who were telling me two separate things. One told me since I waited so long they could only offer a discount on my next purchase, while the other said he'd resend the glasses. It's been over a week and still have not received anything. I will never order anything from this site again and will advise all my friends not to either.

Did not help me. I order clothes for the very first time ever. Very excited because i always wanted there clothes but after they was sent to my house. The clothes did not fit. Clothes runs big. Then on top of that u cant return bodysuit or sale return items like really all i wanted was my right size. So they took my money... do not buy anything from this company if you are new. There is a catch to there nice clothes. So i advise you to just go to in store

Their size chart is invalid and would only work if they actually made all of their own cloth in house instead of buying from asian vendors stitching their label and upsaleing.
Their refund policy is also garbage why do i have to pay to return items faulty on the vendors end and why is there even a $10 cap on return shipping credit. Why am i only allowed to receive store credit if a consumers/customer prefers a full refund it just seems business friendly to honor that but this company is cheap, dishonorable, lacks customer service, and all about profit. Do not order from them! Use your mo ey to buy real quality items from places who actually care about their customers.

I will admit that I was very skeptical about ordering from fashion nova because the reviews on the website contrasted greatly with reviews on other websites however I fell in love with the items so I went ahead to order them. I am not sure I will try my luck next time, though.
According to the size chart on the website, I was a medium and all reviews said that their sizing was accurate apart a few reviews but I found it very hard to believe I was a medium because I have quite narrow hips but my bust is a bit larger than average (32DD) so I compared my weight to other reviews and bought the in the mood dress and set you free dress in a size small which fit me perfectly but the in the mood dress has less elasticity that the set you free dress. (By the way, I weigh 58.5 kg and 5" 6 feet in height).
Fortunately, my clothes came on time. I ordered it on the 19/05/2016 and received it on the 28/05/2016 in the UK, which I thought was rather quick. However, I could actually access the tracking system until 23/05/2016 which was because the weekend is not counted as part of the days according to the responses in the email.

I honestly don't know what the big deal about this website is. I received all my garments, I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a bomber jacket. The material of the jeans were sooo thin, i honestly have leggings thicker. The stitching on the bomber jacket was horrible! I could clearly see where the factory had to undo and redo the seams, the seams were super uneven and bulky on the cuffs, and threads were sticking out everywhere. Honestly their styles are cute but save your money for quality products.

I bought 5 things from fashion nova 3 weeks ago. I have had 0 emails responded to regarding my package and when it will arrive and I have emailed them over 10 times. They don't have time to respond to my email but they have time to send me out an email everyday asking me to do a survey on their customer service lol. 0/10. I call the 1800 number all the time and it goes straight to voicemail. Finally I get through and speak to a man who tells me my package would be there on the 23. IT IS NOW THE 27. So I call back and speak to a girl named Dominique. Who not only does not apologize for my troubles, she tells me I need to calm down or she can't assist me? I ask for a refund and she says sorry can't do that. As I'm speaking with her she so RUDELY cuts me off. I ask her to stop interrupting me and then I hear no one talking on the phone for almost 2 minutes. She then responds "oh I'm sorry are you waiting for a reply cause you told me not to cut you off?" REAL MATURE. This woman is the main reason I will never order from fashion nova again and I will make it very clear to everyone else to never order from them. I don't wanna deal with little teenagers who are immature and bratty I wanna deal with someone who knows what the hell their talking about! Get a new after school job Dominique and re apply when you aren't such a little snob. Fashion Nova still hasn't delivered my clothes or given me any solution to why they are so late. They haven't even offered me a discount on my next purchase or anything! For this I will never order from them again and advise no one else to either! I made an order today for $200. I noticed I was double charged for the same order so I emailed them immediately. I tried calling as well and was only directed to voice mail. I requested they cancel the second order since they are for the exact same items. They said they can't cancel and can only issue a store credit once I ship the items back. This is ridiculous since I wasn't supposed to be charged twice to begin with. They are just trying to make as much money as possible and don't even take a look at my situation. I'm being charged twice and will receive two of the same items. I am driving from Canada to the US just to pick up the package, they are so inconsiderate and don't care about their customers at all. I have shopped with them plenty of times and there is always an issue (holes in clothing, receiving the wrong size and items missing) and no one ever helps. I only shop with them because the clothing they have is not offered in Canada. I'm never shopping with them going forward. Shopping online should be a fun experience. Instead I am stressed and out an additional $200 for their mistake!

I am EXTEMELY furious at this point because it's been two weeks and I still have not received my package. I was supposed to receive this after 2 business days and have waited patiently for 2 weeks.
All I want it for my package to be traced because there is still no update of where my package is. If that's not possible, then I want my all of my items to be resent before they sell out. I had one item I was supposed to wear for my birthday and that's been ruined. Now it seems I will never get my package and I had a dress in there I was supposed to wear to a graduation. When I try to call it's near impossible to get through to someone or remain on hold. I've never been so unsatisfied with my experience and I've ordered both in the states and countries overseas. They trick you into spending over $75 for 2 day priority shipping, then your package never even arrives!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
