Fashionphile's website is easy to shop from. Whoever is doing the UX has a solid understanding of the user. It's easy to browse and find what I'm looking for.

I absolutely love my blue Chanel boots! They've quickly become my new favorite pair to wear whenever I'm in blue or black. The fit is a little smaller compared to my Chanel slingbacks, but still comfortable once they're on. There were a couple of small scuffs that weren't listed, but overall they were in great shape. The color is stunning, the quality is amazing as always with Chanel, and they make me feel so chic every time I wear them.

I absolutely love this bag. The quality and condition of the bag was much better than I expected. It's a lovely bag that I'm sure I will carry for many years to come.

I used to have no issues with returns but there was a quality issue with a bag I purchased and I requested returns twice but never got the return authorization. I also ended up purchasing the same bag in better condition but was worried about quality. I called the store before my new bag shipped so I can pick it up in person but there was last minute confusion. I asked them to pull my bag from the shipping queue and have it ready for me for pickup but then as I was going there, I got an email that my bag had shipped. They ended up finding my replacement bag at the store eventually as it didn't leave for shipping yet but the overall experience was harrowing and I had to go into the city on a weekend to sort out the return issue with the original bag I purchased. All in all, I probably would not purchase from Fashionphile again.

This was my first LV purchase so, o was very excited to receive it. It was gorgeous and I was very pleased with the purse. It looked better in person. The only thing I noticed it was packed in a regular box not a FASHIONPHILE box, it did have the confetti, but no nail file.
Either way the purse was perfect and that is what matters🙂

New to Fashionphile and buying pre-owned. This is my 2nd purchase in a month. Wanted this bag that's no longer available new, saw a few that are more "worn", 3 days later this bag popped up with "excellent condition", pics looked great. Received the bag and it's perfect. Very happy with having gotten this bag.

My bag arrived quickly, and it was just as described. Actually, the overall condition is much better than I expected. I appreciate that the bag was very clean and genuinely authentic.

The pictures are so clear that I can see how the products are "worn" or "scratched". When I got my LV black Boston bag and I didn't even mind all the scratches. I mean, they were not visible to me maybe because i was so excited abkut my new travel bag! Easy payment, safe shipping. Love shopping here. Not good at and not a big fan of online shopping however, Fashionphile is definitely a place I would trust.

This was my first time purchasing a purse at resale instead of new, and it was also my first time investing in a designer purse. The item came exactly as described, if not in better condition than described. The shipping was fast as well, and I loved that there was an option for free return (even though I didn't need it).

2 days after I received the order, initiated a return- it does not go through, the system just exits the page. Messaged them through 'Client Concierge', called them, no answer. Don't know what to do now. Very bad experience… I'll keep trying to reach them, if still no success, I'll report them to bad business bureau.

The process of buying a purse was seamless, and if I needed customer service, they were quick to respond with my questions. I love my new purse!
