First time ordering from FGT. Got five 5-6' sweetgums for a "green wall" outside our dining room window. 4 were good, one was bone dry and nearly dead, as well as markedly curved, instead of straight.
Contacted customer service and asked for replacement. Since the tree isn't
*completely* dead, they said we need to
"give it some time". Very disappointed since the nature of the planting is to be an allee.

Read above about failure with pistachio trees, bought 3 pairs(check file), last 2 1 leaf 2 days, other 4, had leaves few, died, and then grew below the graft. Going to try to get from Uzbekistan, similar climate.may have sucess

Plants were shipped as if made of glass.
Need to pay attention to local weather conditions. Such as, shipping this week might not be a good idea in NC because temps will be below freezing.

The indoor plants that I ordered arrived looking beautiful. They were healthy when they arrived, and showed no transplant shock. They have grown and remain healthy and vigorous.

I have ordered plants from Fast Growing Tree on numerous times in the last 2 years. I have had plants lost in shipment and have had a weeping willow that pickuped a diease. All plants were replaced very promply after I reported the claims. Your service is EXCEPTIONAL!

Roses came in a box and one rose was broken. Shrubs look terrible and like they were just transplanted...
Very disappointed... not what I expected from a well regarded company such as yours.

I bought here several larger plants about a month ago. All plants arrived on time (or maybe earlier, it's been a month :)) . Well packed, so large banana leaves were almost all ok. And after a month, all plants are happy and healthy, so thumbs up. I'll definitely go there again. In some cases, I bought plants online and they arrived in bad condition and/or "sick", so I'm glad I can share here this positive experience.

The plant came in dead. I called you told me you would give me a discount on them later order but now I'm trying again let's see what happens this time.

I purchased (qty 4) 6-7 foot tall cold hardy avacado trees. When they showed up they were all Bacon Avacado trees, and since you are unable to specify the type of cold hardy avacado tree I'd hoped they would give me a variety.

They were as tall as expected, but were just a 6 foot stick with a dozen or so leafs on one side. You could see where many little leafs or branches were cut away, so if I plant these with the leafs pointing North there woul be no leafs facing East, South or West.To be fair one did have a little branch, and I've had them now for about 4 months and have a new little branch on one tree. Also they are in tiny little pots.

I'm a little ashamed to plant these in my yard where they can be seen, and wish they looked something like the picture on their website.

Just bought a house and of course one of the first areas to tackle is making it a cozy home. The fruit trees I bought are small enough to handle easily, and healthy enough that I will have fresh fruit for my family for the future. I was nervous ordering online, but it was worth it.

Lost more than 3/4 of its leaves the firs5 2 weeks. It went downhill from there despite following all expert advice from Fast Growing Trees and my local arborist

Shipment was timely. However the trees had trunks approx. 1 1/2 inch in diameter, each tree had 1 (one) dead leaf with no evidence of survival. The shrubs were wilted, brittle tiny branches. My landscaper planted them in the event they might be revived.Facebook

I have been so pleased with my purchase, I bought 20 giant thujas, 1 to 2 ft., and although it took a minute for them to get established, this year they took off and some of them are now 4 ft. 5 in. Cant wait for this next year for them to get up to 8 to 9 feet. I have passed your site on to everyone I kno that is looking for any type of landscaping!

I have bought many trees especially fruit trees and bushes from you guys and I've never been disappointed. Your customer service is top notch.

Order was canceled due to stock not meeting appropriate standards. Refund was provided. Alternatives were not offered, but I've just found the same tree, only slightly larger available on your site. Personal communication would smooth this process, as this is a gift and really presents a problem to a customer at this time of year.

Everything was perfect. Good communication, and trees arrived safe and healthy. This was my first buying experience and I will plan to use FastGrowingTrees.com again.
