I purchased a couple of boxes as gifts. They were beautifully presented. I also purchased a small box of the blood orange to taste. They looked spectacular and had the creamiest of centres. Thoroughly enjoyed them. Had them posted from Tasmania to Victoria and they arrived in good time considering COVID delays and all were in perfect condition.
Bought a bundle of chocolates online for a special birthday present. The gift was to be collected from the shop in Hobart. All worked perfectly

I have always considered myself quite the chocolate connoisseur and love trying new chocolate! I was very impressed by the smoothness of your milk chocolate, but most of all, the simple ingredients you use to make it, you are able to achieve such a wonderful product with minimal ingredients! I also ordered your 100% organic Peruvian cacao bar, which is by far my favourite. Amazing products, will be recommending you to my chocaholic community!

All aspects of my dealing with Federation Artisan Chocolate was amazing. Will definitely promote their business whenever I can.
Was so easy to order and got a confirmation and lovely email immediately following. Also the chocolates are both a work of art and delicious.
A nice selection of different chocolates, and I am looking forward to trying more of those that came in a large order delivered only a few days ago, the couple I have tried so far I've been excellent. The honey crunch is delightfully and deliciously decadent, especially with a glass of cognac.
Discovered Federation Artisan Chocolate via Google and have made several online orders since. There is an excellent range to choose from and correspondence via email has shown great customer service. I took advantage of a 20% discount deal with free postage if you spend over $55 - making these special treats very affordable. Every chocolate has been a "taste sensation".
Orders have arrived in regional NSW from Tasmania within 2-3 days!

I loved the vegan chocolates from Federation Artisan Chocolates. I received them really quickly and the service was impeccable - I truly felt like a valued customer. The chocolate coated Turkish Delight was amazing and I love to nibble on the delightful 74% dark cacao with cacao nibs of an afternoon. Thank you Federation Artisan - I will be buying more! We ordered the mixed box dark chocolate domes and a few blocks - we could not believe how flavoursome they were. The descriptions matched the chocolates perfectly. The service was fantastic and they arrived quickly. Definitely will be ordering again!

Absolutely wonderful chocolates, smooth and delicious, artful and enticing. All that is good. My hesitancy comes with the packaging. Not much in the way of recycling. Less non recyclable packaging would boost the products image in my opinion. Fully compostable should not be hard to achieve, and may also mean the product cost might be lowered.

Your comment of packaging is an interesting one. We are always looking at improving our foot print on the world, im so glad that its important yo you too. Its one of the reasons why We source cacao direct from Farmers who have a real connection to their land and in most cases grow their cocoa on family farms and sustainable ways. This is where the effort of our work is really important and where great expense goes to. Paying up to 10 times more for cocoa then 95% of the rest of the world ensures our farmers, their famies and communities can thrive not just survive.
We are a small family business and do the best we can, putting our cacao farmers first. I can assure you are are always on the look out for a "more" sustainable packaging which is cost effective, is food safe, allows us to have the expected shelf life and can assist us to distribute our chocolate around the world. Its truly a balancing act in these extremely trying times.

The chocolate is amazing (especially the liquorice one) and there are lots of flavours to choose from.
First introduced to Federation Chocolate while touring around Tassie a couple of years back.
Best tasting chocolate (and variety) I have experienced. Highly recommend to all true chocolate lovers.
Dark Chocolate is fantastic; it has a genuine flavor. The staff is courteous and responds quickly. Tuffs come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
