I ordered one day and it was delivered the next. I called about a product I couldn't find online - they had it and sent it along. Great service, very friendly and helpful owners and my daughter can eat all the gluten free chocolate she wants. She did say it's such a beautiful chocolate that you are satisfied with small amounts, rather than eating the whole block like you could do with other brands - even better for the waist line.
Solid chocolate with subtle taste of coffee liqueur. Delicious with a hot coffee. I love it as one or two squares is very satisfying for chocolate lovers.
Superb velvety chocolate produced in Australia from ethically sourced ingredients.

Federation chocolate
The delivery time was great, however the box and items were crushed in the box, all chocolate have damaged. Didn't change the taste, but was unable to tell what the specialist chocolates in the little box were and had to be careful when opening the chocolate bars due to the damage.

I am very sorry the chocolates were damaged on arrival. Its very disappointing when this happens and obviously not what we want to hear at all.
It would be great to see how the chocolates were packaged, as we go to great lengths to ensure that they don't get damaged in transit. It is very rare for the chocolate to get damaged at all, let alone crushed.
We are a small family business, which will do anything to make it right if you come to us directly (via email or phone), including replacing products at our own cost.
We are happy to replace your product, or give a refund. Please send us a photo of the damage box so we can take this up with Australia post, as they need to know if they have failed in their delivery process and many times they will pay for damage done to postage. We can then send you a replacement.
As you see from the 100's of reviews just on this site alone we pride ourselves not only on the amazing quality of our product but also on making people happy. As a small business to receive a 3 star review for us is a fail, and this affects us in a time when things are very tough on both of us and our staff.

Having recently discovered the best chocolate I have ever tasted comes from Tasmania on a holiday, I soon realised I had not bought enough home with me. I went to the website and was very happy to see reasonable prices, great free delivery threshold and wide range. My package arrived so quickly and I was so impressed I ordered some more and had it sent to my parents as a gift. I cannot recommend Federation Artisan Chocolate enough.
