I've had a fidelity account over 20 years. Pros, fidelity is a trustworthy company, customer service is top notch w/ excellent agents. Fees are reasonable and not hidden. That Earns them the second star. Cons Unfortunately I do all my banking from my phone. In the last six months Fidelity's app has failed miserably fingerprint no longer works or is erratic. I no longer use the app. Logging on to their website from my phone is cumbersome. The website is very outdated for Android phone format. It seems their technology is stuck on Windows 98. Which is adequate for desktop users. Hopefully they will modernize this antiquated system, patience is running thin. In-depth research some investing CD's and rollover activities are limited without speaking to an agent.

To Whom it may concern,

I have been experiencing a great deal of difficulty in getting my Pension Benefits from Fidelity. I have spent several hours on their website trying to enter data but I keep getting letters that I have not provided sufficient information. I have called their customer service at least 4-5 times and have been told that my Pension issues were resolved only to receive another notice that data is missing or incorrect. I started the process in January of 2022 in order to receive my Pension benefit on April 1,2022. After numerous calls to Fidelity to address the issue in February, I was assured on Feb, 4,2022 by their representative, Jonathan Rojas, that I had met all their needs and my Pension would begin on the appropriate date. On Feb, 28,2022, I received a letter from Fidelity dated Feb, 15,2020 that they still had not received the appropriate information. This was information that I had provided via phone call to Jonathan Rojas and provided on-line via Fidelity website. I contacted Fidelity again via website and phone call on Feb, 28,2022. Fidelity did review their files and did indicate I provided all the information needed. Fidelity indicated they would start a work order to investigate and that I should re-enter data on their website. I attempted to re-enter the data on their website but the website failed. I called customer service immediately. Customer service could not address the website failure but did promise to send out the paperwork via regular mail.

At this point I am concerned that my Pension benefit will not be given to me due to Fidelity issues. I have other Pensions that have not asked for this much information or have website process failures of this magnitude.

Is there a government agency that can help with Pension benefits being denied or delayed?

The support was very patient with me throughout the process of swapping VND back to BTC and also assisted in granting me the required access to sell quickly on the Futurefees platform

I am very satisfied and will campaign heavily for my colleagues to use Futurefees in their crypto trading. Been with the company for over a year now and their support system and general services have been top-notch all the years.
Friends I advise you use this platform

Uneducated liars
December 28, 2021

I have been trying to cash in my 401K, it was a mess, my company then your company the back and forth game. They sent my direct deposit put payor as not my name, they put pay to Navy Federal Bank, as well as the wrong account number. So they sent my check back, now to be told I have to wait an additional 7-10 business days. Due to covid being off work, I was kicked out of my apartment, my car got repoed, sold everything to get my car back, now its going to be Re-poed again tonight.
Error on the side of Fidelity, yet I'm being punished for pissing off a customer service rep. I asked if they would make it right by cancelling check they sent and to overnight me a check.
Id put my money under my mattress before using this BS Company.

UNBELIEVABLY LONG WAIT TIMES TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE!
They have been managing my money for years now, I can't get a hold with someone on the phone. I just give up waiting and have to hang up. Are they thinking that you will stay on the line hoping that someone will finally pick up and you get lucky! I thought this was a good company... So annoying and disappointing!
UPDATE: OMG! And that's not all - after waiting for 45 min for someone to pick up, she/he will then transfer you to someone else and wait another, God knows how long, hour or so!
What a Financial institution! Disaster

Great customer service but their ATP conditional/composite orders are impossible to set up. You cannot set an OTOCO so that your buy is a trailing stop loss (to avoid buying stock on a free fall), then one of your conditional sells is based on the purchase price to protect your investment. Also you often want to repeat a conditional trade sequence after completion and no capability to do that, you have to retype that form (5 minutes) -- try that when you want to do that multiple times a day for 10 different stocks! It is just an excercise in assure failure to place the orders that you want.

I had a fraudulent charge of $268 to me account in April. Reported in June. Fidelity agrees, but keeps telling me it will be done "tomorrow".

This past week, when the market was recovering a bit, I noticed everything I bought was dog doo soon after purchase. Are they using our information for their hedge fund? Take your personal account somewhere else, the customer service isn't worth your hard earned money.

Opening An Account
June 3, 2021

Easy application to open account. It's June and I tried to open this account since March and they are giving me the run around. It's frustrating. I went into the office 4 times to submit the same documents. I enjoy the virtual chats, but they lost docs that I put into the mail box and no one contacts me to solve a non-issue they are making larger than life. I have a nonprofit tough to get and they are not accepting IRS and State of Florida Official website info, and so I think they're research isn't great. In fact, they don't want to help me by downloading documents to verify my identity. It's getting to be a bit much. Hope I can hang on and get in? I legitimately can't believe they are ignoring my social and other tell alls about a person. I faxed a supervisor today in hopes of progress. Sheesh!

Great service
March 24, 2021

You can call them anytime. They make things convenient and have an old school approach to customer service. Only thing wrong with them is their UI on their web, mobile app would be dated 10 years ago. Their active trader program on Mac is some emulated layer on a wine server or something: functional but slow as molasses. They'd make a killing if they embraced normal modern standards.

Need some customer service but couldn't get any. It used to be good but not anymore. Now, I'm just writing bad reviews until someone answer the phone.

P.S. It has been two hours on the phone with no "human" assistance. Let see how many reviews I can write.

Terrible Customer Service
February 18, 2021

I have been trying to get a hold of a representative. All I get when I call numerous Fidelity phone numbers is put on hold. I don't have the time to sit on hold for these long times. And I am too important for this crap. They should hire new people to cover these wait times. Because of their terrible no-show customer service I moved $500,000 to another broker. Now I will remove the rest of my funds to another broker. Guess they don't mind losing customers and money. What a joke.

My employer Advent Health just switched…
My employer Advent Health just switched from A Light Financial to Fidelity and it's been a disaster! Fidelity's customer service is by far the WORST I've ever experienced in my life and I'm being very serious. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating! I have 2 phone screen shots of being on hold over 2 HOURS each this week. When an associate finally picks up they claim they need to transfer me to someone else and they will gladly stay on the line and wait with me. Not true! They put me on hold again and the process starts all over. I manage my own 401 and 403 Brokerage Accounts and had amazing service with A Light Financial before the switch to Fidelity. Tomorrow I will have to drive across town to have my questions answered and my account unlocked at as Fidelity branch office. It's the only way I know how to resolve my issues. Their Virtual Assistant and live Chat features on their web page are completely useless. Same thing with requesting an E-mail response. I might as well try and ask the same questions to my dog. I would estimate that I have lost $26,000 so far by not being able to unlock my Brokerage account this week! Seriously

On Thursday I transferred money to Fidelity Investment they told me that they won't margin for my buying until Friday.
Today they told me they will have to hold my money until Monday.
It's not a trust investment company to invest with. What U have read about Fidelity Investment customer reviews 100% Truth. STOP! Don't invest with Fidelity. Today is Monday they told they are not gonna margin my account for the money transferred last week. Today I have transferred more money and they won't let me buy even buying with own cash. I in process of fix this problem. STOP! Fidelity is not a recommend company for investment. These 5 stars rating may come from its employee.
