This review must be prefaced by a statement that I am 83 years old and am not computer savy. I made flight reservations for an upcoming trip to Washington DC on your website. Then later in the day I realized I had not made a seat election. I called American Airlines but I was told they had no reservation for me. So I next called your offices and talked to Abdul who confirmed that they had no reservations for me. So, whatever I thought I had done on the computer, I hadn't. Abdul personally saw to it that my reservations were made, got me a seat selection, gave me his name and extension should I have any other questions, and said he would send my tickets to me in the mail. And never once did he show any annoyance by my lack of computer knowledge. Thanks Abdul and thanks Flight Network.
Ravi took my problem seriously. He is a good listener and does his best to obtain the information I needed. Also, he helped me find the flights that best suited my purpose.

He was absolutely great. He took the time to help me with my cancellation. Calling me to let me know the status of his progress as he had to wait for the airline to call him back. This site was easy to navigate, and I was surprised how easy it was to book my flight. It only took one screen to put my information in. The next screen told me that I was booked. It was awesome so I didn't miss out on the great deal that I purchased with the long multiple screens that I have to go through on other sites. It was quick and easy.

I tried to book my flight on line but it kept cutting off, so I phone for assistance and the person I was speaking to was very helpful and did my booking for me. I now have my E ticket.

This was quicker and easier than Expedia, whose app wouldn't even let me move on to booking the travel. Great site, easy to use and understand. Didn't change the price between flight selection and booking either, so better than Expedia again!
