I tried to cancel the reservation within 10 minutes of making it. I had even purchased the premium support. However I got no help and they would not cancel. It is a common industry practice that airline reservations can be cancelled within 24 hours at no charge
I made a reservation thinking I was using SAS Airlines and did not realize this is a scam site. I paid $800 for a ticket, and realized I was off by one day. They would not let me change the ticket without almost $400 in change fees. Then would not let me cancel without penalty even though it was less than one hour from when I booked it.
I cancelled flight after less than 30 min when I realized all the extra fees. To my disappointment all fees were not refundable. This is not clear when booking. All other companies have a 12-24 grace period to cancel yet I still was charged fees for a cancellation 15 minutes after booking. I will not be coming back.
Went Smoothly. No hiccups. All the seat fees and extra fees doubled the price. Since you can't fly without paying for a seat, it would be better to list the cost inclusive of the minimum mandatory fees.

I tried to cancel within minutes of booking a flight & prior to a ticket/travel document being issued. I was told that a cancelation fee of $44.00 would be imposed. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but was told that the "team leader" went ahead and prepared the travel document while I was literally on hold and waiting to get my cancelation without a fee resolved! Using this 3rd party service, you Cannot check into flights with airlines, because you will never receive an email nor confirmation code from your airline. I am very frustrated, cannot check in, and my flight is in 4 hours. No one is able to help me.

EVERYTHING is an added fee! You want checked luggage, SMS boarding card, seat reservation, support, different meal, etc. And excessive cost for additional fees such as fuel.

The flight cost is posted for $802. At the checkout for payment, the cost is increased by $130 more alleging some king of unavailability. This is just a way to rip off customers. I' d like for the airline to refund this additional $130 they added at the checkout. Thank you
Easy to book a flight, was referred to Allegiant by friends for a visit to Florida. Ride to the airport will only take one hour, love the direct flight option.

I was duped into booking with this company thinking was SAS. You Google SAS and this one pops up and they make themselves look like SAS. You will pay a lot more when booking with these guys.:-(

ZERO STARS - I booked a flight which I initiated on the American Airlines website and was taken to this 3rd party without my knowledge. Bait and Switch illegally taking advantage of senior citizens. When I contacted your company within minutes of making the reservation to cancel I was informed that I would be charged $44/ticket for the cancellation. I am checking with my attorney on this matter of your company preying on senior citizens.
At first I taught its a scam but i checked thru skyscanner website they gave an endorsement for that site. Made a registration and payment and all done.
