Like multiple other reviews I ordered before Christmas, Dec 1 and still no jewelry. I did email them and received responses but don't believe them. First I was told 3-5 days NO, then I was told end of the week NO. Now I am told backorder product and I can chose a different item. I also got the 20 percent off coupons. I will not order from them and will also file with FBI if I don't get a refund
I ordered something through Shopify. Paid via PayPal. My money was taken on 12/16. On 12/22 I was told a shipping label was created in Buffalo and awaiting item. No item. Ever. I contacted the "seller" whom sent me confirmation and directions on how to contact. They took 3 days to respond and gave me another completely different email to direct Customer Service issues to. After going back to PayPal and seeing my transaction listed as Florence Scovel Jewelry, I knew this was fraud! I ordered a Lego build-on-brick mug! The number listed to call is no longer in service. That led me to look up reviews. I thought I was shopping on Shopify. I notified PayPal that there are MANY complaints about this "seller". I also responded to Yon, the person who gave me the run around via message. I asked him if he has heard of the FBI Internet crime complaint center? Waiting for the moment these clowns actually read that message. I am filing complaint with FBI along with others. 1 star because I had no other options.
If you want to receive whatever you buy in a timely manner or even at all, don't buy from Florence Scovel

I ordered a necklace on December 28. It arrived on Dec 30. I'm very pleased. It look just a pretty as the picture. I am very pleased with this company. I also ordered a ring on December 29. Out for delivery already.
I ordered a watch on 11th Nov and it came in good time. As it was a Christmas gift it has been put away safely and only just opened. Loved the look of it but it soon stopped working. Either battery or mechanism are faulty. Company refused a return because it's outside the 30 day guarantee. Offered me a 20% discount... like I'd want to buy another watch that doesn't work...

I had a terrible time receiving my orders. The first order was 3-4 weeks and the second was to be delivered before Christmas. Must say it was before Christmas, 3:45 pm on the 24th. I ordered for my granddaughters who are 7 and 11 years of age. The necklace & bracelets were way to large for them. Can I return these items? Could not find much about returning the items until yesterday. According to their policy you cannot return items purchased more than 30 days ago and or on sale. That makes almost everything this company makes/sells ineligible for a refund. Do not purchase from Florence Scovel Jewelry unless you are certain of delivery time and product.
When I ordered my stuff it guaranteed the arrival before Christmas. I was counting on this order to come in time to give as gifts. I have asked for a delivery date multiple times and still have not even received one. Today makes ten business days that it has not arrived and it was supposed to be 3-5 days. These people do not deliver because they actually have no real product, just pictures of product. You will NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. They are fraudulent and knowingly steal consumer's money. In fact, if you launch a dispute with them in PayPal, they have ALL disputes AUTOMATICALLY responded to with a "merchant fails to respond" literally the second you file, which escalates automatically to a full claim against them. This means so many people launch formal complaints, they literally can't respond. This is a criminal enterprise, using a storefront built on the Shopify platform, but have no real product or business to support the false storefront. They, like most great frauds, hide behind rhetoric and false claims of supporting charitable organizations, just to trick you into thinking you are dealing with a legitimate company.
Today, I joined numerous others and filed a formal FBI internet criminal fraud complaint. The small amount of my loss is nothing, but when you add up the fact that they do this to thousands of consumers every week, they are making a killing robbing the public blind. I am taking time to write this review, because I am sick of scum, like the people behind this scam, getting honest people's money and I hope someone reads all the posts I will be making before they get robbed by these frauds.
3-5 business days for shipping is an absolute joke. It has been 3 weeks, still nothing. USPS has a label created but nothing since then. I emailed them and got a response that they are sorry and gave me a 20% off for my next purchase for my inconvenience. I will never order from them again. I have looked everywhere for a phone number so I can speak to someone and can't find an actual phone number anywhere. Now they are not responding to my emails. Does anyone actually get merchandise from this company? Does anyone have a phone number for them?

Ordered bracelet in early November for a Christmas present that needs to be shipped. Got my first email saying it was on its way with tracking number. Well checked tracking number for 2 weeks post office never got package. Finally found an email and been getting promising form letters for a month, told them I wanted my money back. Now another tracking number and back to square one, Post office has not received package. BUYER BEWARE these are at the very BEST UNETHICAL people. I believe to be a scam Starting a dispute against them with PayPal.
I ordered some bracelets on Nov 4,2016. It is Dec 12 and still nothing. When I email them, they send me a "form letter" (I know this because it says the same thing each time--I've received 3 of them) stating they will ship in 3-5 business days. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and will do so with my credit card company as well. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware). They are either not legitimate or at best, unethical.

The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive.
