I Wish I'd seen this site before ordering, "I placed my order for 3 of the Magnetic Cable for iPhone and android ID # 55J*******D*******D on March 6th. The company got paid by PayPal on the 7th. I'm still waiting for my purchase and now I can't get a response from PayPal about this ", it has gone beyond a joke now But, after finding this website I know why! I have order Jewelry from Florence Scovel before and very shocked about this situation, I will no longer order ANYTHING off of a Facebook ad. Lesson learned.

I purchased 3 magnetic phone cables for Samsung mobiles from this company. BIG MISTAKE! They sent them, but the cables did not fit in the phones at all. They were brand new Samsung S7 (which retail at $1200AUD). I seen a online FAQ that they had and it said to shove it in. I read a review that someone had done that and completely broke their phone. I had only purchased the phone a couple weeks prior so I was not game to try and "shove it in further". Cause I knew, if my phone broke, they wouldn't pay for it. I tried to get my money back and was prepared to send the items back to where they came from (CHINA) but then paypal told me that I had to send it back to the USA where the company was from. So instead of it costing $20 to send back to CHINA, it was going to cost $46 to send to the USA that I have to pay for.
Keeping in mind that I emailed this company a few times to try and resolve the issue but received NO response at all. Even when I put a claim through Paypal.
Moral of the story. DONT BUY, IT IS A SCAM & YOU WON't RECEIVE A REFUND. THEY WON'T RESPOND REGARDLESS. I emailed them in January. It is now March & I still haven't heard anything.
Stay Away from this company is my suggestion.

I placed an order at magnetphonecable.com on Jan 5,2017. My Paypal payment went to AN & Associates FlorenceScovel, apparently the same company as FlorenceScovel Jewelry. As of Mar 10,2017 I still have not received my order! I tried contacting them many times via email, their phone number *******978) was disconnected, and I opened a case with Paypal but they ignored that also. I finally reached them at *******388 and the customer service rep could not determine where my order was. I requested a refund. That took almost 38 minutes to process, and included the wrong amount being refunded their first attempt. By far the worst online buying experience in my life. Stay away from them!

Complete scam!

I would put a negative star if I could. Ordered Feb 6 this year and my acount was charged almost $40 (through PayPal), and still nothing. Numerous emails met with replies of excuses of items being backordered to to large number of orders, but they are receiving "thousands"of this item (I ordered 3 different things) and I'll get my order in 3-5 days OR the reply is that I will get my order, at the latest, by the end if next week (I've had that one 2 weeks in a row). All of their replies are exact duplicates of previous replies I've opened a dispute through PayPal and hopefully will eventually get my money back.

I think the scrum moved another level up. I purchased a dashboard camera and paid by paypal. The item was defective so I tried to contact the seller. I was surprised to find out that this company does not sell electronics but jewels! How come they are still in business? Where is the company located?

I ordered a rose gold magnetic phone charger on January 27 2017. I emailed them on February 10 to see if they had been mailed yet. We only live 1 hour south of them. Never heard a response. It is now March 5th. Really? Wish I would have done my research first! I want a refund from them!

I have never wrote anything harsh concerning a company. This is one company I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt is run by people without any compunction to steal people's hard earned money without a conscience. After ordering a gift for my wife that she picked out online they immediately deleted my money from my bank account. It was promise shipping within 24 hours it has been months. Any attempt to contact has been ignored. Phone # is out of order. Will not message back. Facebook page still advertises their company. When I post on their page I need help it is deleted within hours if not sooner. What is the difference between someone who hacks into your back account and steals your money or FSJ taking your money on an order and never delivering? If they contact me or my items show up I will retract everything I have said but not until then. Buyer Beware!

Regarding Florence Scovel Jewelry. I have contacted Shopify regarding my Shopify - Florence Scovel Order. They asked me to post their number (*******439) on this complaint site letting everyone know that has had an issue with Florence Scovel Jewelry to please contact them and file a complaint. They also recommended you contact your credit card company and file for a charge back. Good Luck Everyone!

I ordered items from this company and received two wrong items. The other items in the order are not as they appear on their website. I have filed my complaint with Shopify and I have contacted my credit card company for a charge back. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), facebook, and State of New York; where the package was shipped from.

Bought and item for 19.95 and paid for 4.95 for shipping and handling.
Well it is at the door and UPS wants another 24.61 shipping.

I ordered and paid for 2 bracelets 16. 11. 16 but have still not recieved them. Iv emailed numerous times to ask to cancel order and a full refund. They just keep saying the order has been processed so they can't do that. But surprise surprise they still haven't sent them. Latest thing they've started asking for is my correct shipping address which iv double checked on the original order and is definately correct. Iv asked for their complaints department and they won't give me their details
