They canceled my order saying that there was an issue with the payment process but they took the payment. How is their issue? If you have the payment now I have to wait five business days to get my money back because they want to cancel talking about. Somethings going on with the payment how?
Absolute joke. Failed to send trainers I ordered which were on offer, by time they forced a refund on me (seriously...I still wanted the trainers!) the trainers were then full price! Their customer service is so slow it makes any dialogue impossible, just a generic answer service. When this company eventually collapses they can read back across the reviews here and understand why it all went wrong! AVOID!

This is what they messaged me after I sent back a winter jacket I bought in june! They're telling me I wore the jacket when its 30C+ outside

Package was never delivered or stolen. When it said delivered I immediately checked my porch and surrounding neighbors etc. They were cleats for my son to go back to school. Expensive ones at that! I've been told it'll take 4 days to investigate. I can't get a refund can't get redelivery. He will have nothing to take to football. His car was recently stolen with everything in it and NOW THIS PACKAGE. What will an investigation find, they'll say it was delivered. I'll say it wasn't just like at Xmas when things mysteriously disappeared. We have the worst delivery drivers ever. I never have this problem at my moms home. Will start delivering everything there. Foot Locker needs to do better for its customers. I have no reason to lie about a damn package.
I bought a pair of salomon shoes and filed a return the next day when i noticed the size was too small. Without receiving any communication, email or update on my refund status, I notice that no refund was issued.
When I got in touch with the customer care, instead of an apology or refund or store credit or explanation, i was told the refund was rejected.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs buying online from FootLocker because if there is sizing issue, you will lose the entire amount you paid.
If I could do NO STARS I would. Used the app to search for in store inventory when I found shoes I liked went in the shoes were not there decided to order online. After trying to make a purchase online and was met with 3 different error codes I sent one into the chat to which I was told that my IP address looked strange so they banned me. After the ban came off put in an order which worked this time surprisingly punched in my card info and now 24 hours later get an email that the item I ordered was out of stock even though it's a brand new show but whatever I'm not valued enough at foot locker I guess just a peon to them they also have decided to not return my funds to me until 3-5 business days the email said they didn't but my bank account says different, but why would you take the money if you didn't have the item and why would you hold it from me so I cannot go to any other business? I don't know buyer beware this has been 1 of many TERRIBLE experiences with not just this storefront but this whole company save yourself the headache.
I bought some adidas tennis shoes, they arrived but when I opened the box I immediately noticed that something was happening since the entire box was damaged and when I checked the tennis shoes I noticed that they were used, since they had dirt spots. I tried to contact us and his response was:
1. You can return them, but we don't have more in that size.
2. We can offer you 10% compensation.
I accepted that they gave me more than 25% because I really wanted these sneakers but when confirming they told me that they are not available in Canada, that they could send me a $10 gifcard for a used product.
In the end I decided to return them, so be careful if someone is looking for the Adidas Forum Wite and Brown model in 6 for woman, because they are selling them used.
I bought a pair of sneakers yesterday, the salesman brought out the left shoe, I tried it on, it fit and I liked the product and the price.
When I paid for the shoes, the salesman asked if I wanted the box, I said I didn't need it and he could keep it.
When I got home, I tried on the right shoe and discovered it was too tight for my foot.
I returned to the Coral Ridge Fort Lauderdale store the next day where they refused to exchange it or refund my purchase, despite having the original sales receipt because the sales clerk kept the box. I called what I thought was a district manager, only to find out it was a customer service call center. They were happy to keep my money, but unwilling to provide me with a product that fit.

I don't normally write reviews but this website is horrible. I hope someone from Foot Locker corporate sees this review and makes some changes. I'd love to spend my money with you Foot Locker but every time I go to your site, I can only browse for a few minutes before I get a spinning wheel of death or an error message. I've tried on your app and online and same thing. I've been trying for a week. Unfortunately, you've lost a customer.
I won the Jordan flint 13s after putting the entry in,April 22 2023, then when I received the shoe in the mail it was the wrong size.Smh then I finessed a 25% coupon out of them without linkin it to my order,(later able to get the 20 dollar gift card,I asked for and pressed the line)that they didn't tell me expires in 60 days, and damn near 98 percent of the shoes that people buy which are majority Nikes or anything cool, are unable for the coupon to be used.I wanted to Jordan's really bad, I don't even buy Jordan's often but I really wanted these and was stoked that I was going to get them then they were the wrong size.Sucks, and dnt get anything but a weak azz coupon that I'm probably not gona use because foot locker barely has a good variety of shoes and I'm not rushing to buy shoes in 60 day,I dnt want any shoe but the one I was buying,the Jordan.You can't even use the coupon on any Nikes or Jordan's, except for a few weak pair of Nikes, probably have defects, and one was the Nike air max90 which was rated 3 stars by consumers, and the other show that allowed it was a sale shoe that wasn't even my size.So uh yea messed up order and no real reimburstment.
Absolutely shocking experience! My delivery was apparently left with a neighbour, they had cctv evidence to show this was untrue! Contacted footlocker to receive an email stating it had been delivered. After playing email tennis and repetitively saying the same thing and providing the same details, even though they were in the email thread, I'm awaiting a form to complete to claim the money back they owe me for failing to provide the goods I purchased. I wish I had read these reviews first and not diverted from JD Sports who are by far a much better company!
Price online advertised as $119.00 add it to cart, price changes to $160.00. Bait and switch. Customer service says tough luck, pay higher price

They've always given me good service I usually buy my running shoes from them and have to try them on so I choose to go in store a lot unless I know for sure the fit will be good from previous experience with a certain model or brand. The workers near me are always helpful and really friendly.
Footlocker in Robinson has a thief working there his name is zyhere young I watched him steal countless shoes out of y'all store in Robinson mall he is a thief I tried to buy the Jordan 11 on the release date but he said they were raffle out then someone showed me his page him selling y'all shoes for his prices I got proof I literally saw him put shoes in a box and the lightskin girl said to take it to the dumpster like she steal to or something I will never shop in footlocker again y'all suck y'all don't care about customers at all
This is beyond ridicules. Every drop system Foot Locker just gets eaten up by bots. Foot locker is known for this issue and yet continues to let it happen. They have not made any attempt to fix the problem at all. Went for the Yugioh drop only to see a continues buffering page. And when I go on their twitter, apparently it's a known thing with Foot Locker. If there is no attempt to fix this bot issue, than Foot Locker really does not care about their customers. 1 star
I went Christmas shopping for my son and the customer service was amazing. They were able to find the show I was looking for fairly quickly. I tried them on for myself and ended up having to get a pair of my own! For some of their shoes to be made out of recycled products if was definitely just as comfortable as any other shoe
Footlocker has HORRIBLE customer service. I couldn't get something as simple as a tracking number for my confirmed purchase. Even if it's a few extra bucks it's worth it to shop elsewhere. I will never use their site again. Still don't know where my package is.
Placed an order online got billed twice called got transferred 5 times all because ship to address did not match bill to. You all suck will never purchase from you again.
First off let me state fed ex is just as liable as footlocker.
My package was stolen by the very driver who was supposed to deliver it he took a picture saying it was delivered at 145 by 2 pm i was at my house to receive it only to have my neighbor inform me the driver took it. I have been going back and forth with fed ex and footlocker for almost 2 week's to have them both tell me they waiting for investigations into the matter to conclude in the meantime the shoe's that i initially ordered are now out of stock in my size therefore they can't get me another pair and i still have to wait until the end of this week just to find out how much longer i have to wait to just to get my money back and what makes it even worse is fed ex is the only shipping method they offer because another fed ex driver ran off with a turntable i ordered prior to this incident. I highly recommend taking your business to someone else footlocker and fed ex are both on the DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM list i wouldn't recommend it save yourself time and energy and shop elsewhere
