Sent for a Champion sweatshirt. Since I'm not a rewards member I paid a hefty fee for shipping on top of the price of the item. They use ground shipping and it takes 8-10 days to arrive. The item was a gift so when I saw it was only available at footlocker I ordered it 2 weeks in advance. Got my item in a holiday weekend. The sweatshirt had dirt stains on both arms and some on the back bottom cuff. I attached a photo, it looks worse on the actual item them photos. It's a light color and stains were very visible, it looks worn. I called and footlocker...
"Tell me you don't want me as a customer without telling me you don't want me as a customer"
Phone rep followed the footlocker phone script and policy. Not much concern for delivering a customer a dirty product that appeared worn. An exchange lable and another 10 day wait. But be careful buying from this company! Had I wished to return the dirty defective sweatshirt(buy it else wear quickly in time to give as a gift) I would need to pay an expensive restocking fee! I hate being forced to give companies my money when they don't give good service and send out defective merchandise! So this will be my first and last purchase at Footlocker. I will attempt to try to wash the sweatshirt and explain to my family member why it appears used - not new with tags. Thanks Footlocker!
Don't shop with them, over price by at least 10% and the missing items and return policy is the worst you can find.
I'm so disappointed in the staff that were working at the Great Lakes Crossing Store tonight 11/6 evening shift. I picked out a great outfit for my fiancé and all he did was ask if there was a fitting room and the cashier hollared at him and told him they don't have a fitting room in a very nasty tone. He then asked how do you try stuff on and she said, LIKE I SAID, we don't have a fitting room. He then told me let's go I won't spend money in here because they are rude. I said no wait let's talk to the manager…. The manager who was standing there said to me who had not said a word that we don't have to buy anything and we can leave! I asked her name she refused, I asked for corporate number and her boss's number she refused. Hence, we left. I'm Very disappointed because we did nothing to deserve this behavior and the so called manager also disrespected us after her employee disrespected us for asking a common simple question. I want someone to do something! This was wrong on so May levels! I will be writing a letter on State of Mi Letterhead to address this! This is unacceptable. Moreover, I really wanted to buy the outfit for my fiancé because it was perfect for the occasion we were shopping for but, could not after being totally disrespected twice in front of other customers who stated wow that was harsh and uncalled for. If anybody at this company even cares I would like a response and would like to speak with corporate. Both girls should be fired. They have no customer service whatsoever! They are Extremely Unprofessional and have Zero management training or skills!

I received the wrong shoes. I was not able to get logged in to the site after several attempts over several days. Each time I attempted to reset my password, the email would not come through. I did wait 45 days to contact them by phone. 45 days from the date they arrived and were in my possession. They refuse to exchange my shoes for a smaller size because they are basing it off of 45 days from when the order was placed and not when I received them. I spend alot of money at Footlocker. This is poor customer service. The shoes have never been worn. Upon opening the box we could see they were enormous and far too big for my daughter so there was no need to try them on. They were never worn.
I place an order for a pair of shoes for my son's birthday, to my surprise when I received the package it only contained 1 shoe! How could the biggest shoe company in the world make such a sloppy mistake? My son was very hurt and disappointed and so was I! I've been trying to go on their website for about two days now because each time it'll give me an error. I already cleared my cache and tried different browsers. After speaking to some beta $#*! kid on their support team I still got nowhere. You'd think their website would be easier to use but nah. I wish I could give this company a minus star rating. They have the most atrocious customer service. I returned a pair of sneakers a week after purchase. I had never worn outside. After contacting their chat service and given the run around at least 5 times I finally got a refund after 2 months. I will never order from them again.
I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1s all white and they came in a week. The package was from UPS. It came in a plastic waterproof bag. When I opened the package the box WAS BEATEN up, I don't understand why they don't ship SHOES in a box instead of the shipping being cheap. Thankfully my shoes came in right but, there were some scratches - not bad but you could still see it. The package literally almost ripped in half - that's how bad it was. I am never ordering from Footlocker. I would rather order from Nike itself. I paid full price for everything and I end up getting my shoes in a plastic bag beaten up - disappointing!

This company stole my money over 100$ for an order that I made in November, and I haven't received UPS said that my package is lost and Foot Locker said they will not refund me and the agent was very rude to me. This company is dishonest and all they care about that they make sales and get money. I'll never recommend any of my students that I coach to order anything from this company.
I ordered a light grey Nike hoodie earlier last month (the only available color/shade online). The first time I received it, it was the wrong color, dark grey. I sent it back for an exchange, explaining I ordered the LIGHT grey Nike hoodie. I just received the new exchange and it's wrong AGAIN (see attached picture). They have sent me back the same dark grey Nike hoodie twice now. This is frustrating and a major inconvenience to keep having to go back and forth returning the wrong item. If I wanted to go shopping, I would have gone to the store to buy it. I purchased online for the convenience of delivery! This is no longer convenient. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that if what you've ordered is no longer in stock, they will send you what they have. I had to explain to him that makes NO sense. If you order something and it's out of stock, it's the company's responsibility to reach out to inform you and offer either a refund or exchange for something of equal or lesser value. I've e-mailed *******@footlocker.com TWICE without a reply back. If this would've gotten rectified, I would've gladly left a 5 star review.
