The dispatcher was poor at communicating with the dealer to pick up the tractor. Ended up getting it week after he said he would. I had made arrangements to pick it up after hours or on day off if he would call the salesman. He would not call her. The truck driver was awesome! Once he communicated with me he picked it up and delivered it the same day.
Fr8star itself was great to work with, i cant say the same about the transport company. I picked a little higher one because of the preferred staus and lots of loads hauled. They bid to have it picked up in 3-4 days and have not met that anywhere close. Gonna be at least 7 days further out it looks like. Transporter did not answer my email and i had to call them. They answered the phone very unprofessional like it wasnt even a business. Kinda feel like i got the old "bait and switch" on my timeline.
Good experience however it has been 5 days and i still dont know when my delivery will arrive.

Auction time and FR8Star work together don't understand why they can't take account information and share it when you buy from auction time instead of making the buyer repeat the same information two to three times and supply information from the seller that they already have to FR8 Star instead of the buyer having to make twenty calls to people who are only interested in receiving payments not supplying details for shipping purposes, making this whole process difficult for the buyer, should not be this difficult!
Excellent! Right after initially contacting
FR8Star and selecting a bid I immediately got a call from freight coordinator and everything was set up, web sites are easy to use, it went fast and easy, these guys are the BEST!
My equipment was pickup in two Days, and drop off in two days, good work, Staff was great and very professional, they answered all my questions, great job, will use them again
The whole process was very good, Misty helped me with the posting of the load and once I accepted the bid the broker was extremely helpful and efficient. I accepted the bid 10 AM on Tuesday and I received the tractor less than 24 Hrs later from New York to southwestern Kentucky! Go with these people they are great!

Took a over a week to get here and i believe driver is responsible for loading and unloading which we had to drive off trailer. Not happy

I worked with Joe on getting a backhoe I bought at auction set up to be picked up and delivered. He got me the lowest rate he could find. Have no idea how the broker that took the bid will be yet but so far has been really good to work with. Now just to see how long it will take to get it delivered
I had a little bit of trouble entering the address of the pickup location, the field would revert to the town and state, it would not let me enter the street address.
On the dimensions of the load it was confusing to me as I tried to put a diameter of a tire in in inches and it would automatically change it to feet and inches. It took me a minute to figure out why my load dimension kept changing.
A heads up on the way those fields work would be helpful for first time or like me second time users.
I have yet to receive my freight. I am up against the two week removal from the site, and all I get is promises. You have already received partial payment, and not delivered my equipment yet. May have to call another freight company.

Load was not as ready as I was told, trailer needed flaps, air in tires, and two tail lights. The driver patiently waited for the repairs and trailer was delivered a day early!

Please only quote when you have a definite time frame for pickup and delivery. As it stands, I'm awaiting my date of delivery because you apparently get up to 10 business days to deliver. That's not very good.
