Picked up load on Thursday morning from auction yard and delivered Sunday night, around 7:00 in the dark. Transport distance was about 300 miles. Driver took photos of damage at auction yard, that auction yard caused, which was found after delivery. Photos allowed responsible party to take ownership and pay for repairs. Overall satisfied with delivery, good communication, but wish they could have delivered sooner and during daylight hours.

I have had to be more involved in this freight transaction compared to my last auction transaction with another auction house. What I mean by that. Typically, I just pay the freight amount and auction house contact arranges everything once I give the details. This one has been more time consuming. Not sure what the dedicated account rep does in this case. Price was fair so I was good to take on some additional time on my end. They did sneak in a convenience fee that I wasn't expecting. It wasn't too much so I did t worry about it. Freight broker is good to deal with so far but load hasn't been picked up and delivered yet.
