Prompt assistance

Cherry L was extremely helpful. I had a family emergency that came up and as a result I wouldn't be home for a week for my delivery. In spite of this she worked to see if it could be cancelled or stopped to prevent wastage. She was so courteous kind and compassionate and Is someone I would trust to help me again.

Needed to cancel an order

We need to cancel our current order, but we had already been billed for it. I was directed to the chat and forwarded on to Cherry L., who took care of everything, cancelled my order and issued me a refund without any problems and only took a couple of minutes. Very helpful

I didn't realize the deadline of 5 pm as I work past that time until I received an email saying the order from the previous week was reordered for next week. Didn't like a couple of the meals so didn't want to reorder the same meals. Contacted live messaging, and the rep was able to update my order. Very helpful and friendly! I will say the 5 pm deadline for ordering is a little inconvenient due to not finishing my workday until after that. A little later deadline would be helpful.

I had received my first shipment. I am planning on using for dietary fixes. I tried to cancel so I could try them out first. The system would not load the cancellation page. Frustrated I reached out to the online help. The computer got confused but immediately directed me a Human who very quickly resolved my issue. Very pleased with the customer service
