I have been a Freshwater customer for years. They used to have great prices and fast shipping. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I placed my order in May for 6 filters and a string filter. Because the string filter was back ordered, I did not receive my order for 2 months. There was no communication provided on the status of my order and in general the customer service was none existent. I will not be ordering anything else from Freshwater.
Bought a water filter (3M CFS9812X Everpure Compatible Water Filter 0.5 mic CTO/Cyst Single) which did not work well. After three days of use water still came out with lot's of air and a ring of foam remained on top of the glass. I knew that the product was defected because when I installed the old filter it worked fine.
Called the company and asked to return the product and was told that their policy is not to accept returns, I was also told that it may take two week before they approve a replacement, but whatever the case I could not get my money back. Bad service - will never buy there again.

While I am thrilled that Freshwater Systems carried my appliance accessories, I was surprised to receive the wrong item. Still they made the correction once I emailed the JPEG of the mistake. I just wished that the inicial communication would have made this clear to me and outlined a time line. I am satisfied with Freshwater Systems and would order from them again.
We purchased a 2 handle R. O. water and Insta-hot faucet along with the Insta-hot tank and couldn't be more pleased. Freshwater systems had the best price and the items that were delivered were of the utmost quality.
Their was a disconnect between info the guy on line gave me on fittings & the fittings I actually needed! I did order the correct fittings but did not receive them! I have not contacted them as yet!
