My LG fridge water filters arrived on time and were securely packaged. I did a lot of research before ordering on-line. Freshwater Systems had a good rating and also a good price. Will be ordering from this company again.
Order was handled quickly, but I requested a delayed shipment date. It was sent immediately in spite of my request... Had to have a friend pick up the order since I was out of town.
Product arrived promptly, was reasonably priced and worked as expected.
I received the wrong o ring with the filter after having the order on back order for 3 weeks. After very polite 2 emails to your dept. I didn't receive a response or a remedy. I will never purchase from your company again and will rate negatively anywhere I can.
Called for water filters and got paper cups shipped. Although ladies working on returns were wonderful!

I finally called and inquired as to a ship date and found the order was ready but supposedly lacked shipping instructions (wrong). Why didn't someone call me rather than just let something sit and wait for me to finally follow up on the order. A system failure for sure.
Good delivery and web site. Some filters are made over seas, whereas other are US. Not sure of the quality of the foreign filters.
When I received the product, they sent something I didn't order and did not send the actual pump. We spoke to someone on 4/30/16 and someone was suppose to get back to us. We did not get a call back. They did say they would send it out but they were going to confirm that on the following Monday.

The bulb was wrapped in bubble wrap and the FedX driver stepped on the package 3 times, needless to say the bulb was broken. Now the person I am dealing with at Freshwater systems isn't in the office and they're telling me it could take 3 weeks to get a new one. I'll never use them again.
I ordered replacement filters for a Shaklee counter top RO filter system.
The rep was helpful in my selecting the filters. I waited a month for delivery,
It seems the RO cartridge was back ordered. After receiving the filters I endeavored to install them. NO water came thru the RO filter.
I tried to call in for help for several days, the tech service line wasn't working.
I sent an e-mail request. Got prompt response. Sent in a photo of my system.
I was told the wrong filter was sent. Paid additional cost. I'm now waiting

I had a plumber come to install my new home distiller. He did a great job and it works very well, but we were missing the directions to the pump and also some kind of connectors, possibly to plug the holes in the tank. Thankfully, we had two old distillers in our basement so he took the old ones from those and it worked slick.
I ordered several items from Freshwater. One of the items was 1/4 ID X 3/8" OD tubing. They sent the wrong size. When I first call (on hold 20 minutes) I was told to throw away the tubing they sent me because they couldn't use it and they would send me the correct tubing. After 2 1/2 week later and no new tubing, I called again (on hold 20 minutes) and again I was told they would ship the correct tubing. One week later I received an email and told I will need to return the initial tubing. The initial tubing received was 3/8" ID X 1/2" OD. Now for some reason Freshwater believes it is 1 1/4" OD tubing that I initially received. Responded to their email correcting their mistake. I get another email asking if I will accept 2 day shipping for the CORRECT tuning. My response... Yes!, as long as they pay for it. After 49 days since placing the order, I had not received any tubing and sent them an email asking the status of my order. No reply! It has now been about 60 days and NO tubing! I get the feeling that people at Freshwater don't understand tuning dimension and don't care, plus they don't care about providing good customer support.
