WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! For some reason I was signed up for the cap credit card. When I received the first letter they sent me about it, I called their customer service and they said that my application would be deleted and everything was taken care of. I then received another letter today. THREE WEEKS AFTER they said it was taken care of saying that my credit card was approved. I then had to *******@gap again where I was hung up on and transferred SEVERAL times to finally speak to someone that could help me. She was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. She said that my application was redacted and when I asked for my name and details to be removed from the system she proceeded to create an inquiry into this, and said I would receive a letter in twenty days. When I asked why it would take twenty days to just delete my basic information from the system and what the letter would say she was unable to give me any further information. And then threatened me that she would not send my inquiry in. Needless to say I am extremely annoyed, aggravated, and among other things will not be *******@gap at any of their stores or sister stores. It is a complete outrage to be treated like this when this *******@gap mistake.
I posted this on Gap's Facebook page and they responded almost a day later that they do not deal with the card accounts and I need to speak to Synergy Bank that is in charge of this. So now I have wasted my time yesterday and do not understand what the woman I spoke to on the phone was doing?

Jillian at babygap store in mission Viejo mall is my personal shopper for my son. I've known her since I was pregnant with my baby and she answered all my questions regarding my baby's first wardrobe! Jillian is very helpful and efficient at her job- since she's been there the longest! She helped a lot of people I know whose kids now in college and everyone speaks highly of her! She is an icon at your store and feel something is missing if Jillian isn't there whenever I'm in the store shopping for my son or picking gifts for family and friends! She gives shopping a different meaning especially on the register where she rings everyone pleasantly and people wait online for her knowing that she is the one who get things done the right way!

Yes, that is what I said & meant. All pay & really no real say in style but they love it. So I buy it for them.
I purchased a 2 piece swimsuit from the GAP. When it arrived, one of the sizes was incorrect (mistakes happen). I called customer service (the rep was nice, professional and helpful) and they overnighted the correct size to me at no charge and didn't charge me for the extra piece. I simply had to return the incorrect piece within 30 days (very reasonable).
Unfortunately the suit didn't look great on me so I'm returning all the pieces, but will definitely shop there again because they have been so nice and everything has been so easy!

They have really nice clothes, although i also find their discounts extremely deceitful, in fact this is rather obvious. Their clothing quality is good, i got a $150 dollar jacket there of course with the $75 dollar coupon and its still great but i also bought a neck warmer shirt which doesn't wash well and that cost me a whooping $75 and is now so stretched. You think you are getting a deal, trust me you arent.
