Terrible customer service!

I feel scammed! They lie about the warranties and always say that it's out of warranty or some system issue. Their customer service? It is the worst! They are so rude, unwelcoming, clueless, and slow. You go into the store and you feel like you did something wrong. They give you this uncomfortable feeling when you go and ask for their service. It's insane! I never had these problems with any other supplier. I don't know what the managers do at all.
