I ordered a stove overly and it arrive in a timely manner. I had thought it was scratched and started an RMA to return it. I received an email asking for more info from me. They asked if I had removed the protective film from it but I didn't realized it had it. Once I removed the film the overlay was perfect! Funny thing is that I replaced the overlay before and didn't know of the protective film. Bottom line is the customer service at GRP is the best with knowledge and patience. Thank you GRP.

Part was exactly what I needed and is performing as it should. The installation was reasonable with minimal tools required.

The package I received from GRP had 2 bags, 1 for the Strike and 1 for the catch, the strike bag was open and empty! I need to have the strike resent to me so I can fix my Maytag dryer.

I ordered a vent grilled 4 times mentioned to the lady on the phone I need a white cover, not sure why I received a black cover. Tired of dealing with incompetent people that are not in the USA.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS FOR LED LIGHTS FOR MY REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER. THE FIRST ORDER WAS DELIVERED AS PROMISED AND ON TIME, THE SECOND ORDER NEVER ARRIVED WHICH I BLAME FEDEX FOR AS THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH. UPON NOTIFYING GRP IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT I REORDER WHICH I DI AND THAT ONE CAME AS PROMISED. I THEN TRIED TO GO THROUGH FEDEX FOR THE LIGHT THAT NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY SENT ME BACK TO GRP WHO GOT ME THE APPROPRIATE REFUND. GRP WAS GREAT WHEREAS FEDEX WAS HORRIBLE.

I waited until past 60 days to install. The wrong part was in the box. Sent pics. No care from them. They said I was too late. I can order another part but I am stuck with the one their computer says is compatible. They sent a diagram. I chose the part. The picture shows much longer wiring. That is NOT the part I received. I don't want anything for free. I even offered to ship the part back at my cost. I just want the correct part. GRP doesn't care. After 60 days, out of luck. No matter whose fault it is. Oh, I tried several times to attach proof of purchase. It wouldn't upload. My invoice # *******

Easy to order and received part quickly so happy eith that portion of the process. Correct part but part did not fit fridge model. It was 6 inches too narrow.

I replaced the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator. The bad news is that this is the second time I have had to replace the icemaker, but the good news is that the replacement maker is definitely OEM and works like a charm. (Please note that the need to replace has nothing to do with genuine replacement parts, it is an old model refrigerator, so we were not surprised that we needed a replacement.) Stay Away from this company unless you are 100% sure the component is 100% match.

I ordered a couple light bulbs from them $75 each and they didn't work because they're incompatible to my model.

I tried both bulbs onto my vent hood and didnt work. I attempted a return and they said that

A. The bulb was incompatible to begin with
B. Since I have tried both of them, I can't return it since they don't sell used item.

Their reply: Per our Returns Policy:
"We are not responsible for incorrect parts being ordered."

Stay Away from them unless you are 100% sure you have the exact match.
