The parts were exactly what I ordered. Would recommend this company.

I ordered a part from Genuine Replacement Parts and only several days later received an email that the shipping will be almost that of the item (around $300). They should have been upfront that the shipping will be 40 times (yes, forty) that of the originally quoted shipping cost. GRP was not willing to do anything to remedy the situation (not even meet me half way on the shipping cost), but refund the cost of the item and quoted 5-10 business days on the refund. You were quick to take my money, but are taking up to 10 business days to refund me. I would never order anything from this distributor and will advise anyone I know to no do so either.

I updated my account address. Product was shipped to old address. They refused to help unless I paid another $22. GRP stole $150 from me. See response below from the stellar support crew.

Our policies apply to all customer and orders. Once an order is processing for shipping typically we cannot make any changes. Also, we have a disputes department who can respond to your bank with your order details and our communication with you.

Since you chose not to accept the fee, the order may be be delivered to the original address.

I experienced the most terrible transaction ordering from this vendor. I own a construction company and we shop online frequently because it's convenient.
There was a mix up with shipping address and it was such a hassle to fix it. The also charged me with additional fees just for a correction. I had the feeling that the person helping me disliked trying to make correction. Wish I had ordered with another company

Bought the LG replacement Ice Maker in June 2023 to replace the original that came in refrigerator (2022). It is now December 2023 and the new one is doing same thing as the original before it quit. I called Genuine Replacement Parts in Mary Esther, FL. And the answer I got was 30 day warranty. Well 30 days is obviously not enough time to see if is going to work. So at this time I am not willing to spend $175 every 6 months to fix an ice maker. I was hoping Genuine Replacement Parts to at least offer a solution. (ie: new ice maker, or prorated amount, at this point I would have ask to send me one for half price. I am so disappointed that LG (ThinQ products) are a waste and Genuine Replacement Parts would stand behind such products. My first review was great, but at this point my review has changed.

I ordered a simple dryer belt and paid the higher cost they charge here because the order process indicated it would arrive the next day. My other option was to pay significantly less but wait an additional four days for the part to arrive. Once GRP processes my order they tell me it's delayed for four days and won't let me cancel the order because "the order was processed for shipping, once this happens, the order can not be stopped". Not that the order was shipped, it was "processed". I gave them an extra star because they were quick to get back to me when they told me too bad, sell it on ebay.

They sent me the wrong item. The item cost $50. When I asked for an exchange, they said no. They said they would refund me, I would ship the item back, and then I could buy the correct item.

This sounded fine to me. However, they were going to charge me for shipping and a restocking fee. I ended receiving a $9 refund for a $50 item.

Part was exactly as it should be, perfect fit, very fair pricing and super fast shipping all contributed to an excellent experience. This excellent service and quality of parts is severley lacking today, many replacement parts are garbage.

GRP had exactly the part I needed.(Rear filler strip for LG gas range.). Tried all the other vendors without success.

I thought we were going to have to buy a new refrigerator after our door shelf broke, but I found the exact shelf at Genuine Replacement Parts and saved ourselves a ton of money. It came quickly and it fit perfectly. So grateful!

This review will start with me placing an order for dishwasher parts from Genuine Replacement Parts. My original order was not fulfilled. I was missing a $50.00 part. The part was never sent to date. Next I hired a plummer to install 2 other parts. Well the controller and keypad were installed and did not work. Plummer said board is no good. Looks like a remanufactured although it was stated new in my order. Genuine Replacement Parts refuses to rectify this problem and will not replace my used parts they sent me nor the original missing part. Please know if you do business with Genuine Replacement Parts you will most likely lose your money and will NOT receive help from customer service. Beware do NOT do business with Genuine Replacement Parts online. I lost over $300.00 in choosing this company.

We purchased a new replacement part for our refrigerator from Genuine Replacement Parts. After one year, the part failed. Although it was only a few days outside of the one year warranty, Genuine Replacement Parts would do NOTHING about it. Talk about terrible customer service. It all seems very shady. Save yourself a lot of headache and expense and order from another company!

I had all but worn out the two right burners on my Jenn-Aire cooktop. I was keeping kitchen matches next to it, because it wasn't catching fire dependably.
I replaced the whole unit and, low and behold, the problem was in the gas delivery to the burner, not in the sparker. It's an easy replacement and it's working like a new range now.
You cannot know how pleased I am not to have to replace the whole thing.

I'm old fashioned and you may laugh when I tell you that your company is now prominently placed in my Rolodex.

The part arrived packaged in a way so that the part was protected. It was exactly what we needed to fix our washing machine. The part was excellent quality and worked as expected. Thank you!

Great support, i would recommend them as an OEN Supplier of products. The cost was also reasonable price wise.
