I attempted to cancel my order within hours of placing it, while the item was still at their facility and had not yet shipped. Despite the order not having left their warehouse, the customer service representative refused to cancel it, claiming it was not possible. I was specifically instructed not to dispute the charge and to wait for further instructions.
When the item arrived, I had no choice but to return it at my own expense. The return shipping cost me $100 through USPS - nearly half the value of the $226 part I had ordered. Upon processing the return, the company also charged an additional $35 restocking fee.
In total, I lost $135 on a transaction that should have been a simple cancellation before shipment. Their policies appear designed to extract maximum fees from customers rather than provide reasonable service. The refusal to cancel an unshipped order, combined with expensive return shipping requirements and restocking fees, creates a system that heavily favors the company at the customer's expense.
I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider these policies before ordering, as you may find yourself financially penalized even when trying to cancel before shipment or return unused items.

I would like to confirm whether your company has already picked up the item I returned. According to USPS, the address you provided is not accepting deliveries, and therefore the package could not be delivered. USPS has informed me that the item is available for pickup at the local USPS facility, and your company is fully aware of this, as you have been receiving the delivery attempt notifications. The USPS management in Orlando confirmed that there are over 50 packages awaiting pickup under your company's name. I want to make it clear that I cannot be held responsible for the failure to collect a returned item that is under your care. I kindly request confirmation of the pickup as soon as possible. Chose part, door bin based on pic on GRP site and my fridge model number. Part I received does not match pic, or any bin in my fridge. GRP substituted part without notification. I believe they sold a part they didn't have in stock, bc I found out later it is on backorder from LG itself, and from multiple other retailers. Refused to send correct part or refund, even with pic of shipping invoice showing substitution, and pic of part packaging showing the wrong part number. GRP demanded multiple additional pictures and documentation. Excessive hoop-jumping for a relatively inexpensive part, esp when they sent the wrong part.

I purchased a replacement timer for an old Kenmore washer in 3 days. Works great! I accidentally double ordered the part (my bad) and had to return one of them which was very easy to do and they didn't give me any hassles. I'd definitely use GRP again.

Did not fit correct

When I tried to install the seal the top corner holes did not line up. So I had to stretch it a bit get them to fit. The first time we used the oven the seal split on the left corner. This is the 3 rd seal that that happened to.

I ordered a part that was not shipped complete, returned and received full refund other than shipping costs.
I waited to reorder to see if they actually followed through and issued credit to my card as promised. Follow through and time frame was better than expected.

I needed to return an item that I had ordered in error. Customer service was very helpful and didn't make me feel like a dunce for my mistake. The return process was clearly explained and my refund was promptly processed. I was kept informed throughout. I only wish there was no re-stocking fee but I understand the business reason for it, and it was explained in advance.
