I was let down when my order, promised for next-day delivery, didn't arrive on time. This was frustrating, especially after looking forward to it. When I called, the service rep was rude and said delivery dates aren't guaranteed. This was really disappointing, as we'll now be without a working refrigerator for another day. I hope this feedback helps them do better with delivery estimates for others.

I ordered a grating insert and the insert carrier it fits into for a Braub food processor. The grating insert does not fit into the carrier and even though it didn't snap in like the original Braun parts, I attempted to grate carrots, then cheese.

It just mashes the cheese into a gummy ball and the carrots wouldn't even feed through.

I called customer service. They refused to do a return because "item has been used". OF COURSE IT HAS BEEN USED! HOW ELSE WOULD I KNOW IF IT GRATES ANYTHING?

Plus, even if they would do a refund, they wanted ME to pay return shipping. BUT NO REFUND!

I do NOT recommend this company. Watch out!

My grandson found out my soap dispenser had broken on the dishwasher. He said, "Oh, Yaya, I can fix that for you. That's not an unusual thing. Let me get the model!" He went with my phone flashlight and did so. He told me to order it right away so he could install it before he returned to school the next week. I ordered and kept fingers crossed. THANK YOU FOR QUICK SERVICE! I would order from you again! Not only did it arrive quickly, but he exclaimed, "yep, it's the exact one we need!" He got the 15 torque driver and went to work, separating the door, disconnecting the circuits and prying the clips. 45 min later it was in and put back together! Now, the clincher… my grandson is EIGHT, he is daunted by nothing!

I ordered a rack for a stove the one they sent me will not fit it is to big for the stove they want me to pay for shipping back when they sent me the wrong part they said it is compatible but it is not it is to wide!

I ordered a part for refrigerator. It arrived in a timely manner but the part was sticking out of of the side of the box - damaged. On chat I was told to send pictures. They kept saying they could not open. I sent in multiple formats. Finally I told them to send a ship label and I will return it so you can see for first hand. They said "no". GRP refuses to refund my $58. That's weird! I guess this is not a reputable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I received the filters exactly as expected. The site was very easy to find what I was looking for, after several orders from Amazon and receiving the wrong item. Amazon gets you with fast shipping promises and lower pricing, but when you get the wrong item it doesn't matter. Will definitely be back for other needs. The shipping was fast and received it after a few days.

The part was a direct bolt on OEM replacement. I received it in a very timely manner, and the fit was perfect.

The price of the item is high enough but when you add the cost of postage it becomes very expensive to get the item. Pretty much legal theft.

The part was as ordered, and is functioning as expected. The only problem I had was they wished to confirm the order to be sure that it was legitimate. But I didn't receive their email until it was too late to respond that day. This delayed my response over a weekend and therefore delivery of the part and the repair for several days.

Very fast delivery on my freezer door seal. Was surprised they had one for my old stand up freezer. When it arrived I checked the fit and it was the correct one. The next day I took the door off and installed the new seal and replace the door. Perfect fit absolutely no leaks. Thank you GRP for being there.

Unbelievable that they would accept your return on the 1st of the month and not give you a refund for 25 business days. They didn't hesitate to accept my money but giving it back is a different story.

This was my first time using this site and was very impressed... I was able to find the part easily (where I couldn't find it at all on other sites, the part was cheaper than expected, it arrived in only a few days and is working great! Very good first impression, I must say. Thank you!

I ordered the Kitchenaid handle replacement. The order was delivered in a timely manner.
The replacement was new and it was just what I ordered. The handle was easy to install.
Thrash compactor looks and works as new. I would buy from this company again.

Parts sent in generic mailing bags. All bags inside kept, unopened. Was told I cannot return unused unopened parts because I can't mail them back in the original bag. When you open those lightweight generic bags, they are done. They aren't meant to be reused. Scam to prevent returns. Look elsewhere.

I easily found the exact part I needed for my dishwasher. It was delivered quickly and fit. I will use this company again.
