Product and web site seem OK but ordering process did not allow option to choose different shipping methods/rates - automatically chose relatively expensive 'priority' UPS - which then took 9 days to arrive. No opportunity to review order before it was submitted.
I got exactly what I ordered. The products look great. Shipping was fast.

I owned a Gerber multi tool for about 15 years and then recently lost it. Some lucky earthling now owns my Gerber. I found a Leatherman tool in a drawer that my son had discarded and decided to use it. After about two days I found that the Leatherman was very uncomfortable to use due to its design. Today I bought a new Gerber at a Father's day special price and will be very thrilled when it arrives and I can get rid of this substitute.

In a day and age where middlemen carry no inventory and drop ship invisible products from unseen warehouses this company stands way above the rest. They not only had my order literally in stock, but had it laser engraved and out the door enroute to me WITH a tracking in less than 24 hours. I was so impressed with their service that immediately upon receipt of my package I turned around and bought another one!

I ordered 5 engraved Gerber Multi-Plier 600 Pros as going away gifts for the military guys I work with. They walked me through the ordering process and made sure the engraving was exactly what I wanted. The best part is they are willing to support the troops by shipping to APOs. It is amazing how many US companies do not do this. I just received the tools here in Belgium (1 week for engraving and shipping) and they are perfect. I will be back for more when the next bunch of guys/gals get ready to move on.

I bought the Gerber LMF II Survival Knife. The knife showed up in only 7 days without a hitch. Great knife, great site, will likely buy from them again!
I had one of their tools for years until it was stolen out of my car. (Guess someone else likes them too). Their website was easy to navigate with detailed descriptions and good photos. I live in the USA and did not experince the problems that the Canadian reviewer reported. Billing, shipping charges, and tracking were all correct.
My son just ordered a custom knife and they were a pleasure to work with. Fast service and delivery even with custom engraving. Will use them again.
