Great site if they get it right, terrible if they don't. They sent me the wrong product, thus I was out shipping costs twice and had to pay a 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault. Terrible customer service, I had to email repeatedly and eventually call twice before getting a rep on the phone. So compared to the other reviews it is a gamble.

The service provided by this company was superb. I needed a Gerber eFECT Military Maintenance Tool for my nephew who came home for Christmas before being shipped to Korea. I went to the website and found exactly what I wanted. I then called the 800 number listed and the woman who took my order over the telephone was extremely helpful, including her suggestions on how best to ship my order to make sure I had it by Christmas. The email follow up with information on my order was the best I have experienced, even down to the email that contained a link to the US Postal Service website with the tracking number already entered so upon linking to the site, it immediately gave me the status of my order without me having to enter any numbers. The order arrived on time, as promised, the tool is perfect for a soldier being deployed overseas and I am 110% satisfied. Thanks Gerber-Tools.com.
