I had a fraudulent charge from this company on my bank card. I reached out to them via FB Messenger. Even after being alerted of the fraud they refused to refund the money. I'll be filing a police report.

They cancelled my reservation because I lost de original credit card used to book the tour.
Even if the message they send me said that there was no problem using another card.
They wanted me to provided a signed statement by my bank, attesting that my card was lost and replaced.
In the end, the tour booked months ago which was the highlight of our family trip was not possible.

And I did not talk about the mediocre customer service displayed.

Bad (and last) experience overall!

There no sense of customer service in this company at all. So customers have no room to make mistakes like that? When we press a button to purchase we cannot cancel after 5 minutes?I would accept a voucher instead of a refund but there is no offer of anything at all it's ridiculous I just purchased the tickets 5 minutes when I realized this mistake and there is now way to cancel it? I will shower this company with bad reviews and tell all my friends about. I Will never recommend get your guide to anybody again. This is a joke of a company!

Don't trust their services I booked an activity in Egypt and waiting for 4 hr under sun heat 42c no pick up when contacted them they promised refund but 9 days left when contacted them again they said they can't refund

Der Pizza Kurs war ein Highlight in unserem Urlaub. Kleine Gruppe von 4 Pers., da blieb ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und smalltalk. Der Instructor/pizza Bäcker war witzig, charmant und sehr nett. Hat riesigen Spaß gemacht, meine Empfehlung!

Great booking site. I strongly recommend you make it more obvious on the ticket who and what you are looking for when checking in with the tour company. It was so buried in the booking details we nearly missed our tour.

Ich habe schon einige Touren über getyourguide gebucht. Es war jedesmal ein tolles Erlebnis, egal ob schnorcheln in Italien, Stadtführungen durch Dresden... Auch kurzfristige Erlebnisse waren problemlos buchbar, selbst im Ausland gab es keine Probleme. Nutzte immer wieder gerne die App. Ansprechpartner waren immer erreichbar.

I love to use this app, irlt is easy to use, give good inspiration and fair price.

We bought tranfer by shared taxi and a dinner on a galeon.

Me pareció muy lindo el tour a Montserrat, el lugar es increíble, el guía muy amable y disponible. Falto tiempo para conocer el museo y el teleférico (hice el tour de medio día). Las vistas y el entorno son Unicos. Es un lugar que vale la pena conocer.lo repetiría.

The prestation was very good
May be the price was Not the cheaper I coule have found but in the présent situation the rate between quality and price was réal l'y valuable

I attempted to book tour with this company and for some reason, payment would not go through. I used 3 different payment methods and still for the same "error" please contact. I confirmed with my bank that there was no issue on their end and it was the company. I called, emailed and had to wait 2 days for response to rebook the tour. I ended up going through Viator company instead and had no issues to book the same exact tour with same payment method. Very frustrating to say the least. Even when i finally got to speak to someone at "get your guide" they were unable to let me book with them on the phone, stating it had to be done online only… again insisting it's my bank, which i confirmed it was not. Never again will i try and use this company.

Holly, our guide from 360 was exceptional in every way. An expert on Vincent and imparting wonderful insights and had us moving at pace through the museum keeping everyone engaged. The temporary exhibition was also fantastic. One of the best art museums in the world and worth every cent. Thank you Holly for bringing it to life for us.

Just a simple ride on a boat and at the same time, we watch the sunset.
The staff was amazing, and the sunset was magnificent.
Worth that.
