Honestly, we caught really horrible weather and even though I know that it's not our tour guides fault. I just feel like the option for a refund should be available or to at least postpone your time for when the weather does subside.

Our driver for the meant tour arrived about half an hour later than written in the description. Wish could get an information about late arrival than having to talk on the phone afterwards. And by the way maybe more information in advance about the events concerning the event, for example about the sunken boat as one of the travel program

After canceling one event on Getyourguide I thought both were canceled. My mistake so when I realized this it was just past the 24 hour mark. I am having a surgical procedure but they don't seem to care and said get a letter from my surgeon and they will think about it. I have other worries than ask my Dr. For a note. "not to even offer 50%back" I will not use this co. In the future.

I have used GetYourGuide for holiday excursions for a few years now and I love it! It's helpful that you can book trips and not have to pay until a few days before! It is easy to get your tickets and also if you have any questions, the customer service is very efficient. Nothing bad to say, will carry on using them!
My friend and I booked a tour in good faith on this website. Living in the Gold Coast Australia and booking a local tour the price quoted was in $. It was a little expensive. However the amount they quoted and the amount they charged was considerably higher. We called to cancel and they accepted the cancellation but subsequently said they would not issue a refund and that they had charged on US$ but no where at any stage in the booking was US$ mentioned. In addition we only found out that they had OVERCHARGED us at 5pm the day before the tour because there was a national internet outage that day. We have tried to contact them on their local australian number but get patched through to a call centre where they just repeat the same standard lines that they do not have authority to refund and that they're are no supervisors or managers. They provide a local number for a local tour there is no mention that they are not in fact based here or that they charge in US$! We have had countless emails with this outfit the replies go on a loop first they ask for evidence then they send a long AI generated response saying they have considered the case but cannot refund. They have not considered or read the emails they continue to address me by my friends name and the responses are not consistent with this particular case. It is a pity that they feel the need to over charge in the first place much less rip people off with currency conversions that are not mentioned on their site. At one point they told me if I had gone into a third screen on their site I would have had the option to change currency but normal sites make it clear with the simple use of US or AUS $ in their adverts not a misleading $. They are based in germany operating an australian tour in australia why would we think it was US$ and why would we know to search their site and find a hidden currency conversion area this is not indicate anywhere. I now notice other reviews where people have had the same issue being charged in Euros etc which would be worse. Do not book with this dreadful company they are ripping people off. Also included in their breakdown of price is entry to national parks there is not charge to enter these particular national parks. SCAM with terrible customer service!
$326 down the drain...they ripped us off. We showed up on time for the Rhine Falls tour only to not be able to find the meeting point. We tried to call them 10 times and no answer. Tried to go the next day as the bus left without us and they said "sure, you will only have to pay an additional $260." What a rip-off. No signs to find them and we wandered for 45 minutes after driving 2 hours. They absolutely stole our money. NEVER use them!
Our coach picked us up on time and was very clean. Journey was smooth. The tour and the guide was very informative and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to do it.

Via getyourguide hebben wij super leuke uitjes kunnen vinden en boeken, ook wisten wij door de reviews al ongeveer wat wij konden verwachten en zijn wij niet teleurgesteld. Een minpunt vonden wij echter dat wij te veel hebben betaald voor 2 parken omdat deze een combiticket aanbieden waarmee je 14 euro korting krijgt per persoon als je beide parken gaat bezoeken. Dit wisten wij niet en stond ook niet vermeld bij getyourguide en zorgde voor een klein baalmoment toen wij hier achter kwamen tijdens het bezoeken van het eerste park. Misschien is het mogelijk dat getyourguide ook deze combitickets kan aanbieden of dit in ieder geval vermeld. De parken waar het om gaat zijn palmitospark en aqualand in Maspalomas op Gran Canaria. Ondanks deze kleine domper hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad mede dankzij getyourguide. Het boeken van de uitjes en het gebruik van de app wijzen zich ook van zelf en zijn erg gebruiksvriendelijk.
