I love Get Your Guide. They have a great app which is beautiful and easy to navigate. I always know I can easily find my vouchers when I need them. It is also very to make an order after reviewing tbe many options they offer throughout the world.

These guys are sneaky tricksters who charge well over 30% more than what you should pay. My advice is search a little harder and find the actual provider online OR book, contact direct and then cancel once you have the information you need. Don't trust get your guide with a barge pole. As a "guide", they agreed to take 25% commission which as never great but this month, they have just added on a big fat fee for when they pay out -which is normally a full month later! They never even consulted me when they started to charge this, I only saw it when I got paid. The reason "it is mutually beneficial" even though they admitted they did not consult any suppliers before hand! This meant I lost 38% of my August (peak season) earnings to them!

I booked a tour of Chobe National park for August 29. The payment was processed and the trip itself was good. However, a few days later a charge to my credit card for $550. Appeared. Upon trying to get the charge removed the company has been very uncooperative. They have not told me what the charge is and now want me to go the the police and make a report. I am thinking the company is dishonest. I only booked the one tour and I so disappointed in the company. Sad that you cannot trust them.

I used GYG for all the trips I wanted in 4 different cruise ports, not only did I save a large amount of money, compared to the ships excursion costs, I had the freedom to go where and when I wanted, the cancel upto 24hrs before the trip, helped me make the decision to use GYG, as sometimes on ships the port can be cancelled for bad weather, I would highly recommend, and I did to some new friends from USA, they were also very impressed

We loved our tour with Mustapha who is very passionate and knowledgeable about Dubai. It was a truly memorable experience and a good choice for not being scammed in the markets and buy the best quality saffron!

I booked the tour "From Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour" and mentioned that my preferred pickup time was 9:00. It was mentioned in the tour description that the "pickup time may change (possible start of the tour between 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM)". I could cancel the tour 24 hours before the start time, so my expectation was that I would receive the confirmation some hours beyond the 24-hour period.
However, at 8:19, on August 15, I received a message from Cracow Local Tours, stating that the time was 6:25. I replied that, due to logistical constraints, I could not attend at that hour and asked for alternatives.
Since there was no flexibility to accommodate my request, I contacted Get Your Guide for support. They called the provider, but later told me that no one answered. I was also denied a refund.
This was a horrible customer service experience and a demonstration of two companies acting in bad faith, without any empathy or professionalism. I will never be their customer and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
Absolutely horrible! I scheduled a food tour for my husbands birthday. The day before the tour they email me telling me they could not find a tour guide. I had to call to find out if they were going to reschedule or refund me. No mention at all about rescheduling. Told me refund would take 10 business days. DO NOT BOOK with this company unless you want to be messed over.
Less than 24 hours before our tour, we were told it was cancelled. At this point, no tickets could be purchased for The Last Supper on our own, so we joined the suggested tour in order to see Last Supper. Unfortunately, our original tour included the Ambrosiana, so we purchased those tickets on our own.
We were impressed w our guide, Mossimo, on the new tour. He was very well informed and made the tour interesting. However this tour included La Scala and Duomo which we had already toured on our own. But in order to see The Last Supper, we were told we needed to follow the whole tour.
So not only did we pay for the original tour but had to purchase Ambrosiana tickets in addition.
Again, Missimo was terrific!
I bought the tickets to my bus paid and got email confirmation yet my bookings in the app stayed empty. I thought I did it wrong so I bought a second ticket and same happened. I logged out and back in with no success then checked website and nothing there. Then I contacted get your guide through their help area and by chat. They said not their problem. My credit card charged me for the 2 tickets. And I ended paying the bus directly for a third ticket. So when you book any activity on get your guide you cannot be certain it will show up in your bookings and if it doesn't there is nothing you can do about it.
Awesome cruise, with Finsa, very nice hosts. We had a great time and even saw the dolphins. On our way back we got some delicious watermelon.
We had planned a city trip to Rome, with of course a visit to the Vatican City. On the site there is a price for € 17 per person, it is also on the ticket that was eventually obtained, but we paid € 161 for 2 people. Sorry, but we find these gangster practices very scandalous, if you see that thousands of visitors visit the Vatican City every day. They are scammers!
