I had them install a water softener and tankless heater a little while back. During the install they broke some gym equipment rather than moving it. It was easily movable and I had told them beforehand to come get me if they needed anything moved as I was home during the install
As an offer to make things "better" they put us on some kind of protection/service plan. We used this to get our AC checked before it got hot for summer. Their technician told us everything was ok. Our AC just died in the middle of the night and when I called them about it, they said they wouldn't be able to look at it for several days.
Awful company with awful technicians and awful customer service. Stay far away.

I wanted to write to tell you how impressed I was with your technicians today. Christian and Isaias in Las Vegas, NV came to do a complimentary service on my AC. We have used Goettl for having all our vents cleaned last year so when we got the call to come check our system we didn't hesitate. Christian was so personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He and Isaias checked our system then explained what they found, they used pictures and a video to show us what was wrong! That's really nice so we can know exactly what's going on. No pressure, just letting us know what we should do. Both the guys were great, in this day and age it's wonderful to see young men who take their job seriously while keeping customer satisfaction paramount to the transaction. Great job guys!
Needed bathroom tub shower head and faucet changed. We already purchased the items. Labor only from Goettl $1400 vs $325 for exact same work from different plumber. Also got attic insulation quote from Goettl last year for about $9000. Got it done, same amount of insulation for $5500. Goettl is obviously trying to rip people off.

We would like to commend your staff in the job of changing out the heating and A/C ducts in our home. They were always busy and did their best to control the debris which could not be always controlled as the old ducts were removed.
When they completed the duct work Roy came in to patch the areas that had been cut out of the drywall. We were very pleased with his workmanship.
The whole crew was very professional and easy to work with.
Today, I hired Goettl to perform some plumbing work for me. Your company sent Douglass Rivera to do the work. I had a clogged toilet. Douglas checked the problem, did the necessary trouble shooting and based on his findings, suggested I considered replacing my toilet. Which I did. It was an old toilet and needed replacing. Douglas explained everything everything as he went along. He is an outstanding employee and is a credit to tour company!..
First of all I gave it more than a 1 star because a couple of the service guys have been really great. The main reason for the 2 stars is the company itself.
After my husband passed away I ended up needing a new system. I told them I am on a fixed income. $12,000 later there is always something that wasn't done correctly the first time. All I had done originally was to sign up for the twice a year service. The same day I did that is when I found out that I needed a whole new system. Well they don't include an every 6 month service and they kept trying to make me pay for the every 6 mos membership right after I bought a brand new system. I bought a brand new system for a 2300 sq ft home for $5500 down in San Antonio about 6 years ago. This house is only 1800 sq ft and it cost almost 12K and no 6 mos check up. When I have told other people how much they charged for the new A/C for a 1800 sq ft home they couldn't believe it. I feel they took advantage of a recent widow and that is wrong. They did finally quit trying to charge me for the Sadie club membership. Their saying is "they will do it the right way not the easy way" but so far i am not seeing that. Jarod and Carlos have both been great. The original group of 8 didn't do so hot. They left locks off of the system when the inspector came by. All in all... there are others out there.
These guys went out of their way to help me and that meant the world to me. J&J guys were so very helpful. So nice to me and very respectful. Very recommended here in SA.
My name is Farris H. Burke, I would like to thank James and Benton, the two technicians from Goettl heating and cooling, that came to my home due to a heating issue I was having with my furnace. As a team they did a great job diagnosing the problem I was having with my furnace and repairing it. Both were very professional, came earlier than expected and now I have heat. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I live in Southern California in an area not served by Goettl. Based upon the reviews I have read I am glad I don't. I listen to KFI radio in Los Angeles and I hear Goettl ads patting themselves on the back every 10 minutes. If I hear the flashlight story one more time I will scream! I have a policy never to deal with a company that spends a huge amount on advertising, because they will cut corners somewhere, probably on your job. Good luck to you folks in Phoenix!
Three times Goettl has canceled on us or has not shown up. They always have an excuse. The one they used the first two times was that they were too busy. If you're that busy, don't make appointments you can't keep! Today when they called and canceled our appointment scheduled for tomorrow, December 28th, it was because everyone has omicron. Ok, I'll give them that one, maybe. But rather than offer us something for the inconvenience, the person who called just hung up on my husband. WE WILL NEVER USE GOETTL AGAIN, NEVER. Their customer service is less than mediocre and rude. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company.
This company practices fraudulent advertising! Do not believe a word of those cute radio adds, the only thing they will help you with is lightening your wallet!

My air conditioner broke and needed a complete replacement. SEVEN visits later, I was told the unit was installed incorrectly and needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled again. Do yourself a favor and USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
George was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He was very respectful. In the future I would like George to handle all my future services.
Set appointment in May after previous appointment no show... day of scheduled visit they at least call and cancel... to reschedule for next month... hum you rate it
They quoted me a price of between 10,000-14,000 for a 4 ton unit. I called another company who couldn't believe the price. Needless to say this man was a blessing for me. All he said I needed was a contractor which he put in for me for 200.00. I definitely recommend Trails End Air conditioning 100 percent. I am so frustrated with Goettl. They had the nerve to charge me 49.00 for a service call. I am a senior on a fixed income how dare they quote me such a horrific price.
Payed alot of money to sample of well water to get new filter system now i cant get information from them its been 8 days
The repair man was friendly and professional. However, after I paid over $500, which was going to be less before he decided to add an additional $70 for the service charge, water continues to leak from our AC unit. The tech did a brief diagnosis of the AC and determined that the pump wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced. Water continued to leak after the pump was replaced, which he then attribute the problem to refrigerant leaking. From that point he stated that, there's nothing more he can do other than us having the AC unit replaced. Friendly and professional?, Yes. But after paying $500 plus, one would expect the problem fixed or only be charged for the service call if the problem can't be resolved. Very disappointed.
Answer: We bought a service agreement and never had to buy anything. They do bi-annual service checks that are covered per the agreement, we paid nothing. I have never had problem with them.
