Goettl was just out to do a full inspection on our HVAC. The technician Chris Rios arrived on time. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Chris did a thorough complete detailed presentation of his inspection results and recommendations. Chris was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

I highly do not recommend Goettl to anyone! They sold me a lemon 2 years ago and I have nothing but problems with it and now I'm out 10,000 for the purchase and another 881.00 for repairs.

Brett came today and did our annual plumbing inspection and did a great job. He was wonderful and very efficient. Thanks, Goettle, for training your employees so well.

I've use them in the past so this time I signed up for a yearly made two different appointments one for plumbing one for HVAC sure enough as I was warned the HVAC one was canceled due to "a big emergency job "then a week later the plumbing job got canceled due to a big emergency job. Kind of ironic they always seem to have big emergency jobs and cancel. Better to go with Parker and Sons.

Doing business with Goettl is the worst financial decision I have made in my life. Impressed by their commercials, I contacted them three years ago when my old unit failed and it got close to 100 degrees in my house. They told me the old AC could not be repaired and that I would not be able to find a new one for less than $10,000. I believed them. The heat and an illness may have made me gullible. I should have seen the warning signs when they kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to buy the unit and kept recording my response. I needed repairs only three years after buying the new unit. I waited five days for a repair person. (Local daytime temperatures were 90 to 100 degrees.) The repairman says the unit is great but I am the problem. He says I subject the unit to too much "pressures." I regularly change the filters and seldom set the thermostat below 80 degrees.

Purchased a "One year" Goettl air condition service for my home Air condition unit. The plan included a "Rejuvenate" air condition service. A Goettl technician stopped by, "cleaned" (I could see dirt accumulated within the coils but the technician alleged that he performed the cleaning up to his company standards; see pic). The technician inspected the rest of the system, including the ventilation system.
I was told my unit had a leak, and that my unit used R-22 gas which is no longer used. I spent the next hour talking with a salesman who started with a $23,000 quote and ended with a $******* quote, of course only switching the AC portion of my system. I declined the upgrade since up to the time I hired Goettl company I had no issues with my AC unit.
I hired another AC technician to recharge my AC unit since the Goettl technician alleged it was missing refrigerant. We discovered that all of the AC lines were frozen! NO AC for a day.
My AC Unit has been working fine, I had Goettl "service" it and try to sell me a new unit and I declined, with in less than a week my unit breaks down...suspicious.
I called Goettl THREE times, and I was told someone will call me, no one did. I called a FOURTH time and spoke with a Goettl service manager who offered to send a Goettl technician to my home to inspect the previous tech's work to see if the tech may have caused the malfunction accidently; however, if the new Goettl technician did NOT find his comrade was at fault that I had to PAY the new Goettl tech for his service call!
My trust on Goettl company had already been tarnished...therefore I had little to no hope that the new Goettl tech will be bias on his co-worker's work.

I WAS NOT REIMBURSED FOR THE $200 "YEARLY SERVICE"
If you have an old unit dont waste money on "JEJUVENANTE"; just get a quote for a new unit.

I belong to the Sadie club. Ordered my flood prevention inspection. Tony, the technician, did a good job. He flushed the WH, then called his manager who said I needed a new water heater, over $3000. Typical salesman who tries to get every penny he can. I had already been burned by Goettl for a new A/C, heating system, 18k. Passed on the WH, mine is working fine. Went to Lowe's, priced same WH, installation, $1200. Don't buy from Goettl, call Lowe's, much better pricing.

Jay Cruz was my service provider and I could not be more satisfied. He is courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Very friendly and asked if i need anything explained. I have never had any problems with this company and service personnel like him is why. Excellent service!

I just had a new water heater installed. I can't begin to express how pleased I am. Goettl hires professional technicians that are thorough and well qualified. The two installers today were Kevin Moreno and Carlos Perez. True professionals that provided top quality work. I look forward to Goettl handling whatever plumbing needs I have in the future. Goettl understood the urgency of my request for a new water heater and boy did they deliver! Thanks for the wonderful service Goettl.

The guys that came out to the house were nice and helpful, but unfortunately the admin side of the business is absolute trash. We got scammed into signing up for their monthly drain unclogging service (several people in the house and a lot of pets, so it made sense!)
The guys came out to unclog one of our drains and it turns out that our monthly subscription for unclogging drains does not cover this particular type of clog in our drain... I wish we were told that there were stipulations for types of clogs that were unacceptable when we were sold into it and signed the contract over the phone. We contacted administration and they confirmed that we would have to pay them full price to unclog this particular type of clog. We requested to just cancel our subscription due to the fact that we were never told of these stipulations. MANY days later we get a voicemail saying that they can cancel our subscription but they would have to charge us $150 fee which would be the same cost to finish out the year with our subscription... I will strongly discourage anyone in need of plumbers not to trust these scammers.

Thanks to Gabriel And Brenden I gave goettle 5 star review. They hung in there when it wasn't going too smoothly. Worked long hours with no complaints. Excellent attitudes. They were a little new to the Tankless unit they installed but several times admitted openly to "my bad "mistakes. And an thumbs up for the company to send out a supervisor to double check their work before signing off on the project We won't know for while about the tankless affectiveness but we did enjoy the two young men around the house. Mr Sarmen Shahmizaian Savarni was our representative to come an access our AC and Air Ducts. No hidden surprises just flat out clear explanations from him and the representatives I had to talk to.

I probably have left four reviews in my entire life and I am 61 years old. I feel compelled to leave a review because I don't want other people taken advantage of. I was getting quotes to replace my AC units. I have four AC units that needed to be replaced most companies (3) were bidding 27 to $31,000 range to replace all four units….they Goetti quoted me120,000.00 but discounted it to 86,210.00. That's crazy. I don't know what happened but somebody's on some serious drugs….

We notified Goettl, January 21,2023 to reseat the toilet. A young nice man came out,found a leak, and then charged us $518.00 and left. He stated that a rebuild company would finish the job. No toilet has been reset, a hole in the floor and a hole in the wall where the stool sat. We are a retired couple barely getting by.

What a company mike dusty and josh installed a new a/c heat pump on my home. Had been having problems for years with my 12 year old unit only to fine out the guy who installed it years early undered size my duck work.they came back numerous times with no extra charges to fix it this is a can do company

I called this company after the recent winter freeze caused a water leak under my driveway. They came out performed a little concrete chipping (1" around an existing hole). Replaced a six inch section of PVC pipe and added a 3/4 inch ball valve. Three hours max of labor. Price over $2,300. I called to speak to the supervisor William. I said brain surgeons don't get paid that much. The smart alec responded, that's why I quit med school...CUSTOMERS BEWARE

After significant effort and time trying to replace our kitchen faucet hose, we decided to call an expert to help us. Not only were we surprised but also impressed to be able to speak to someone in the office on a Friday afternoon but also get a plumber to come out on Saturday. Billy Fernandez came in with a friendly smile, saw our dilemma and cheerfully replaced our kitchen faucet hose. Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing is on the top of my list when we have plumbing issues.
